التمَثُّلاَت الاجتِمَاعِيَّة للذَّات وَأَثرُهَاعَلَى الأدَاء الوَظِيفِي للمُعَلّم دِرَاسَة مَيدَانِيّة شَملَت مُعَلّمِي المَرحَلَة الابتِدَائيّة – عَدَد مِن المُؤَسّسَات التّعلِيمِيّةبعِين مَعبَد نَمُوذَجًا –

Abstract

-مُلَخّص الدّراسَة: لا يختلف اثنان في أن معلّم المرحلة الابتدائية هو أساس العملية التعليمية والتربوية، فهو الذي ينتشل أطفالنا من درك الأميّة وظلام الجهل، إلى نور العلم وضياء المعرفة، فيتولى غرس المعارف الأساسية من كتابة وقراءة وحساب، وقيّم وأخلاق وآداب. ومع تفاعل المعلّم مع البيئة الاجتماعية تنشأ في ذاته قناعات ومعتقدات، وانطباعات وتصورات تترسخ بالتكرار والاعتياد والرتابة، وتظهر في أقواله وأفعاله، وهو ما نعبّر عنه بالتمثلاّت الاجتماعية. وهدف هذه الدراسة هو محاولة معرفة هذه التمثلات الذاتية التي يرسمها معلّم المرحلة الابتدائية عن نفسه، اِنطلاقًا من تفاعله الاجتماعي مع الآخرين، ومعرفة مدى تأثير هذه التمثلات على أدائه الوظيفي. -وكانت أبرز نتائج هذه الدراسة ما يلي: - أن المؤثرات الاجتماعية الإيجابية تولّد تمثلاّت اجتماعية إيجابية، فمن خلال دراستنا اتضح أن المعاملة الجيّدة، والثناء والتقدير والاحترام التي يتلقاها المعلّم من طرف المجتمع تولّد تمثلاّت إيجابية نحو ذاته، تحفّزه على أدائه الوظيفي، والذي يظهر في أدائه الجيّد والمتميّز، واقتناعه بمهنته ورضاه عنها والتمسّك بها، ورفضه مغادرتها نحو مهنٍ أخرى، واقتناعه بأنها أنبل المهن. - وأما المؤثرات الاجتماعية السلبية، فتولّد تمثلاّت اجتماعية سلبية، ومن خلال دراستنا اتضح أن المعاملة السّيئة، وقلة التقدير والاحترام وغياب الثناء والمدح، من طرف المجتمع تولّد تمثلاّت سلبية نحو ذاته، تثبّطه في أدائه الوظيفي، والذي يظهر في أدائه الضعيف والباهت، وتعيقه في سلاسة أدائه، وتولّد في نفسه الرغبة في مغادرة وظيفته نحو وظائف أخرى، مع اقتناعه بتدني مكانته الاجتماعية.

-Study summary: There is no disagreement that the primary school teacher is the foundation of the educational and pedagogical process. He is the one who rescues our children from the depths of illiteracy and the darkness of ignorance, to the light of Science and the radiance of knowledge. He is responsible for instilling basic knowledge of writing, reading, and arithmetic, as well as values, morals, and etiquette. As the teacher interacts with the social environment, convictions, beliefs, impressions, and perceptions arise within him, which are entrenched through repetition, habit, and monotony, and appear in his words and actions, which we express as social representations. The aim of this study is to examine the self-representations that elementary school teachers construct about themselves, based on their social interactions with others, and to determine the extent to which these representations impact their job performance. -The most prominent findings of this study were as follows: - Positive social influences generate positive social representations. Through our study, it became clear that the good treatment, praise, appreciation and respect that the teacher receives from society generate positive representations towards himself, motivating him to perform his job, which is evident in his good and distinguished performance, his conviction and satisfaction with his profession, his adherence to it, his refusal to leave it for other professions, and his conviction that it is the noblest of professions. - As for negative social influences, they generate negative social representations. Through our study, it became clear that poor treatment, lack of appreciation and respect, and the absence of praise and flattery from society generate negative representations towards oneself, discouraging one’s job performance, which is evident in weak and lackluster performance, hindering one’s smooth performance, generating in oneself the desire to leave one’s job for other jobs, and a conviction of the lowness of one’s social status.
