التنمر المدرسي وأثره على التحصيل الدراسي لدى التلاميذ المعيدين في الطور الثانوي

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أثر التنمر المدرسي على التحصيل الدراسي لدى التلاميذ المعيدين في مرحلة التعليم الثانوي، باعتبارهم فئة معرضة بشكل أكبر للسخرية والوصم من قبل أقرانهم، مما قد يؤثر سلبًا على مسارهم التعليمي والنفسي. وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، بالاعتماد على استبيان موجه إلى عينة من التلاميذ المعيدين وبعض الأساتذة، إلى جانب إجراء مقابلات شبه موجهة لتفسير بعض النتائج بشكل أعمق. أظهرت النتائج أن التلاميذ المعيدين يعانون بدرجات متفاوتة من التنمر اللفظي والاجتماعي، والذي يرتبط غالبًا بانخفاض تقدير الذات، فقدان الثقة في القدرات، وتراجع الرغبة في المشاركة الصفية. كما تبين وجود علاقة سلبية بين التعرض للتنمر والتحصيل الدراسي، حيث أن التلاميذ الذين يعانون من مستويات أعلى من التنمر يظهرون أداءً أكاديميًا أقل مقارنة بغيرهم، نتيجة للقلق المستمر وضعف التركيز وفقدان الدافعية. وتؤكد الدراسة على ضرورة اعتبار التنمر أحد العوامل المؤثرة في الفشل أو التعثر المدرسي، خاصة لدى فئة المعيدين، ما يستدعي تدخلاً تربويًا ونفسيًا متكاملًا، يهدف إلى تحسين المناخ المدرسي، وتمكين التلميذ من تجاوز العقبات النفسية التي تعيق تعلمه. الكلمات المفتاحية: التنمر المدرسي – التحصيل الدراسي – التلاميذ المعيدون – الطور الثانوي – الفشل الدراسي – الصحة النفسية – البيئة المدرسية.

Summary: This study aims to explore the impact of school bullying on the academic achievement of repeating students at the secondary education level. These students are often more exposed to stigma and peer ridicule, which can significantly affect their educational performance and psychological well-being. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, using a questionnaire distributed to a sample of repeating students and teachers, in addition to semi-structured interviews to better interpret the findings. Results revealed that repeating students experience various degrees of verbal and social bullying, which are frequently associated with low self-esteem, a lack of confidence, and reduced classroom participation. A negative correlation was found between exposure to bullying and academic performance, where students subjected to higher levels of bullying demonstrated lower academic outcomes due to anxiety, lack of focus, and diminished motivation. The study emphasizes the need to recognize bullying as a critical factor influencing academic failure, especially among repeating students, and calls for integrated educational and psychological interventions to improve the school environment and support students' learning processes.
