التوافق النفسي وعلاقته بإدراك صورة الجسم لدى النساء المصابات بسرطان الثدي

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة : هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى معرفة العلاقة بين التوافق النفسي و إدراك صورة الجسم لدى المصابات بسرطان الثدي , و الكشف عن الفروق في التوافق النفسي تبعا لمتغير ( السن , حالة اجتماعية , الإستئصال ) ,و كذا الكشف عن الفروق في صورة الجسم تبعا لمتغير ( السن , الحالة الإجتماعية , الإستئصال ) و أخيرا التنبؤ بمستوى التوافق النفسي من خلال صورة الجسم لدى المصابات . و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطبيق مقياس التوافق النفسي والتي أعدته "زينب محمودالشقير(2003)" و مقياس صورة الجسم الذي أعده الدكتور " أحمد النوبي محمد علي (2010)" , طبقت على عينة مكونة من (60) مصابة و تم إختيارهم بطريقة قصدية كما تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي باعتباره الأنسب للدراسة و أشارت نتائج الدراسة الى ما يلي : _ لا توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة احصائيا بين التوافق النفسي و صورة الجسم لدى أفراد العينة المصابات بسرطان الثدي . _ لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا لإدراك صورة الجسم لدى المصابات بسرطان الثدي تعزى لمتغير السن . _ لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا للتوافق النفسي لدى المصابات بسرطان الثدي تعزى لمتغير السن . _ لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا لإدراك صورة الجسم لدى المصابات بسرطان الثدي تعزى لمتغير الحالة الإجتماعية . _ لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا للتوافق النفسي لدى المصابات بسرطان الثدي تعزى لمتغير الحالة الإجتماعية . _ لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا لإدراك صورة الجسم لدى النساء المصابات بسرطان الثدي تعزى لمتغير الإستئصال . _ لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا للتوافق النفسي لدى النساء المصابات بسرطان الثدي تعزى لمتغير الإستئصال . _ لا يمكن التنبؤ بمستوى التوافق النفسي من خلال صورة الجسم لدى أفراد عينة مصابات بسرطان الثدي .

Abstract: The current study aimed to know the relationship between psychological adjustment and body image perception among breast cancer patients, and to reveal the differences in psychological adjustment according to the variable (age, social status, mastectomy), as well as to reveal the differences in body image according to the variable (age, social status, mastectomy), and finally to predict the level of psychological adjustment through body image among patients. To achieve the objectives of the study, the psychological compatibility scale prepared by “ZainabMahmoud Al-Shaqir (2003)” and the body image scale prepared by Dr. “Ahmed Al-Nubi Muhammad Ali (2010)” were applied. They were applied to a sample of (60) infected women who were chosen intentionally. The descriptive approach was used as it is the most appropriate for the study. The results of the study indicated the following: _ There is no statistically significant correlation between psychological adjustment and body image among breast cancer patients. _ There are no statistically significant differences in body image perception among breast cancer patients attributed to age. _ There are no statistically significant differences in psychological adjustment among breast cancer patients attributed to age. _ There are no statistically significant differences in body image perception among breast cancer patients attributed to marital status. _ There were no statistically significant differences in psychological adjustment among women with breast cancer attributed to the marital status variable. _ There were no statistically significant differences in body image perception among women with breast cancer attributed to the mastectomy variable. _ There were no statistically significant differences in psychological adjustment among women with breast cancer attributed to the mastectomy variable. _ The level of psychological adjustment cannot be predicted from body image among individuals in a sample of breast cancer patients
