Abstract

ملخص لقدتتناولتالمذكرةفكرةالمواطنةباعتبارهاقيمةمحوريةفيالفكرالسياسيالحديث،معالتركيزعلىإسهاماتالفيلسوفجانجاكروسو،الذيوضعأسسًاجديدةلمفهومالمواطنةفيإطارالعقدالاجتماعيوالحريةوالمساواة.وقدتناولنافيبحثناهذامفهومالمواطنةوخطابهافيالفكرالسياسيالحديثوالمعاصروقيمالمواطنةعندجانجاكروسو،وقدجاءهذاالبحثلإثراءالنقاشالفكريحولمفهومالمواطنةفيالفكرالفلسفيوالسياسيويهدفالىبيانمفهومالمواطنةعندروسووالتعرفعلىالقيمالتيركزعليها،واستجلاءأثرأفكارهفيتشكيلالمفاهيمالحديثةللديمقراطيةوالمجتمعالمدني. وهذااعتماداعلىمنهجتحليلينقدي،واستنتجنامندراستناأنقيمةالمواطنةعندجانجاكروسوفيكونهاممارسةفعليةللحريةوالمساواةمنخلالالمشاركةالواعيةفيالإرادةالعامة،بمايجعلالفردشريكًافيصياغةالقوانينومُلزمًابهاأخلاقيًاوسياسيًافيآنواحد . الكلمات المفتاحية :مواطنة،حرية،مساواة،عقداجتماعي،إرادةعامة،روسو ABSTRACT This thesis addresses the concept of citizenship as a central value in modern political thought, focusing on the contributions of the philosopher Jean-Jacques Rousseau, who laid new foundations for the notion of citizenship within the framework of the social contract, freedom, and equality. In this study, we examined the concept of citizenship and its discourse in modern and contemporary political thought, highlighting the values of citizenship in Jean-Jacques Rousseau’s philosophy, with the aim of enriching the philosophical and intellectual debate on this concept and clarifying the influence of his ideas on shaping modern notions of democracy and civil society. This research relies on an analytical and critical method, and we concluded that citizenship, according to Rousseau, is manifested as the effective practice of freedom and equality through conscious participation in the general will, making the individual both a partner in drafting the laws and morally and politically bound by them. :Keywords Citizenship — Freedom — Equality — Social contract — General will — Roussou
