ضغوط العمل وأثرها على الأداء الوظيفي

Abstract

الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر ضغوط العمل على الأداء الوظيفي لدى معلمي في المدارس الابتدائية بمدينة عين وسارة، حيث تم التركيز على البيئة المدرسية بوصفها ميدانًا حيويًا يواجه فيه المعلمون العديد من التحديات والضغوط المهنية. وقد تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كإطار منهجي للدراسة، إذ تم جمع البيانات من خلال استبيان موجه لعينة من المعلمين والمعلمات، بالإضافة إلى إجراء مقابلات مع بعض الفاعلين في القطاع التربوي، بهدف الحصول على معلومات دقيقة تعكس واقع ضغوط العمل وتأثيرها على أداء العاملين. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن ضغوط العمل بمختلف أشكالها (الإدارية، النفسية، الزمنية، والاجتماعية) تؤثر على جودة الأداء الوظيفي داخل المدارس الابتدائية، مما يستدعي التفكير في استراتيجيات للحد منها وتحسين بيئة العمل التربوية.

Abstract: This study aims to examine the impact of work-related stress on the job performance of primary school teachers in the city of Aïn Oussera, with a particular focus on the school environment as a dynamic setting where teachers face numerous professional challenges and pressures. The study adopts a descriptive-analytical approach, utilizing a questionnaire administered to a sample of male and female teachers, in addition to conducting interviews with key stakeholders in the educational sector, in order to gather accurate data reflecting the reality of work stress and its effects on staff performance. The findings indicate that work-related stress in its various forms (administrative, psychological, time-related, and social) significantly affects the quality of job performance in primary schools. This underscores the need to develop effective strategies to mitigate these pressures and improve the educational work environment.
