الملخص
يشكل القرن التاسع عشر فترة حاسمة في تاريخ الجزائر، حيث جلب الاحتلال الفرنسي عام 1830 تغييرات جذرية، خاصة في قطاع التعليم. لم تكن السياسة التعليمية الفرنسية مشروعًا حضاريًا، بل كانت أداة استعمارية تهدف إلى محو الهوية الوطنية وتفكيك البنية الثقافية والدينية للمجتمع الجزائري.
عمدت الإدارة الاستعمارية إلى إلغاء المدارس القرآنية ومحاربة اللغة العربية، وفرض تعليم فرنسي موجه لإنشاء فئة "مفرنسة" من الجزائريين. في مواجهة هذه السياسات، برزت شخصيات مثل الأستاذ عبد القادر حلوش، الذي مثلت مواقفه الفكرية والتربوية نموذجًا للمقاومة الثقافية والتعليمية. لقد أصبح التعليم أداة إيديولوجية للاحتلال، لكن جهود حلوش وآخرين حافظت على الأصالة التربوية والهوية في وجه مشروع فرنسة التعليم. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل السياسات التعليمية الفرنسية في القرن التاسع عشر وتأثيراتها، مع التركيز على نموذج عبد القادر حلوش كمثال للمقاومة الفكرية والتربوية.

Abstract
The 19th century was a pivotal period for Algeria, marked by the 1830 French occupation which brought radical changes, especially in the education sector. French educational policy was not a civilizing project as claimed, but rather a colonial tool aimed at erasing national identity and dismantling the cultural and religious fabric of Algerian society.
The colonial administration abolished Quranic schools, suppressed the Arabic language, and imposed a French-oriented education system to create a "Frenchified" class of Algerians. In response to these policies, figures like Professor AbdelkaderHellouch emerged, whose intellectual and educational stances exemplified cultural and educational resistance. While education became an ideological tool for the occupation, Hellouch's efforts, among others, preserved educational authenticity and identity against the "Frenchification" project. This study aims to analyze 19th-century French educational policies and their impacts, focusing on AbdelkaderHellouch as a model of intellectual and educational resistance.
