Abstract

الملخص : في الإطار النظري، تناولت الدراسة مفاهيم ريادة الأعمال والمقاولة، مركزةً على العمل المقاولاتي بوصفه نشاطًا اقتصاديًا واجتماعيًا يتيح للمرأة الاستقلال المالي والمساهمة في التنمية. تم تحليل خصائص المرأة المقاولة، وأبرز السمات التي تميزها مثل المثابرة والمرونة، كما استعرضت المذكرة تطور ريادة الأعمال النسائية عالميًا وعربيًا وجزائريًا، مع إبراز التحديات المرتبطة بالصور النمطية، الأدوار التقليدية، وضعف التكوين والتمويل. وارتكز التحليل النظري على ثلاث مقاربات رئيسية: السوسيولوجية، النوع الاجتماعي، والتنموية، لفهم الأبعاد المتشابكة بين المرأة والعمل المقاولاتي داخل بيئة محافظة مثل الجلفة. أما في الجانب الميداني، فقد أجريت الدراسة على عينة قصدية مكونة من 40 امرأة مقاولة في ولاية الجلفة، تم اختيارهن بناءً على معايير محددة. اعتمدت الباحثة على أدوات مثل الاستبيان والمقابلات لجمع البيانات، وركّزت على رصد التحديات اليومية التي تواجهها النساء، مثل ضعف الدعم الأسري، صعوبة التوفيق بين العمل والحياة، والعقبات القانونية والمالية. أظهرت النتائج أن التحديات الاجتماعية تؤثر بعمق في قرارات النساء المقاولات، لكن في المقابل، برزت استراتيجيات تكيف ذكية اعتمدنها، كاختيار مشاريع تقليدية لتجنب الرفض المجتمعي أو الاستفادة من التجارة الإلكترونية لتجاوز الحواجز. كما قدمت الدراسة توصيات لتعزيز تمكين المرأة اقتصادياً ومجتمعياً.

Résumé : Dans le cadre théorique, l’étude a abordé les concepts d’entrepreneuriat et d’initiative privée, en mettant l’accent sur l’activité entrepreneuriale comme une démarche économique et sociale permettant à la femme d’atteindre l’autonomie financière et de contribuer au développement. L’analyse a porté sur les caractéristiques des femmes entrepreneures, telles que la persévérance et la flexibilité, et a retracé l’évolution de l’entrepreneuriat féminin à l’échelle mondiale, arabe et algérienne. L’étude a mis en évidence les obstacles liés aux stéréotypes sociaux, aux rôles traditionnels, au manque de formation et aux difficultés d’accès au financement. L’approche théorique s’est appuyée sur trois cadres principaux : l’approche sociologique, l’approche du genre et l’approche du développement, afin de comprendre les dimensions complexes de l’entrepreneuriat féminin dans un environnement conservateur comme celui de Djelfa. Sur le plan empirique, l’étude s’est basée sur un échantillon raisonné de 40 femmes entrepreneures dans la wilaya de Djelfa, sélectionnées selon des critères spécifiques. La chercheuse a utilisé des outils tels que le questionnaire et les entretiens pour recueillir les données, en se concentrant sur les défis quotidiens rencontrés par ces femmes, notamment le manque de soutien familial, la difficulté de concilier vie professionnelle et vie personnelle, ainsi que les obstacles juridiques et financiers. Les résultats ont montré que les contraintes sociales influencent fortement les décisions des femmes entrepreneures. Toutefois, celles-ci ont développé des stratégies d’adaptation ingénieuses, telles que le choix de projets traditionnels pour éviter le rejet social ou l’utilisation du commerce électronique pour contourner les barrières. L’étude a également proposé des recommandations visant à renforcer l’autonomisation économique et sociale des femmes.

Abstract : In the theoretical framework, the study explored the concepts of entrepreneurship and enterprise, focusing on entrepreneurial work as an economic and social activity that enables women to achieve financial independence and contribute to development. It analyzed the key traits of women entrepreneurs, such as perseverance and adaptability, and traced the evolution of female entrepreneurship globally, in the Arab world, and in Algeria. The study highlighted challenges such as social stereotypes, traditional gender roles, lack of training, and limited access to funding. The analysis was based on three main approaches: the sociological approach, the gender approach, and the developmental approach, to comprehensively understand the multifaceted relationship between women and entrepreneurial activity in a conservative environment like Djelfa. On the fieldwork level, the study was conducted on a purposive sample of 40 women entrepreneurs in the province of Djelfa, selected based on specific criteria. The researcher used tools such as questionnaires and interviews to collect data, focusing on the daily challenges these women face—ranging from limited family support to the difficulty of balancing work and personal life, as well as legal and financial barriers. The results showed that social constraints significantly influence women's entrepreneurial decisions. However, the participants developed smart adaptation strategies, such as opting for traditional projects to avoid social rejection or leveraging e-commerce to overcome restrictions. The study concluded with practical recommendations to enhance women’s economic and social empowerment.
