التحول الرقمي في تطوير بيانات العمل وتحسين الكفاءة

Abstract

الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور التحول الرقمي في تطوير بيئة العمل وتحسين كفاءة الموظفين داخل مؤسسة البريد والمواصلات بحاسي بحبح. وتمحورت حول تحليل مدى مساهمة الأدوات الرقمية الحديثة والمنصات التكنولوجية في الرفع من مستوى الأداء الفردي والجماعي، وتقليل الأخطاء، وتسهيل المهام اليومية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم الاعتماد على منهج وصفي تحليلي باستخدام استبيان موجه إلى عينة من موظفي المؤسسة بلغ عددهم 40 موظفًا. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن نسبة كبيرة من المشاركين يرون أن التحول الرقمي ساهم بشكل فعّال في تحسين الكفاءات، وزيادة الإنتاجية، وتقليص الوقت والجهد، كما أكدوا وجود علاقة واضحة بين استخدام الأدوات الرقمية وتحسين جودة مخرجات العمل. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن الاستثمار في الحلول الرقمية داخل المؤسسات العمومية، وخاصة البريد والمواصلات، يُعد ضرورة ملحة لتحقيق التحديث الإداري والتكيف مع متطلبات العصر الرقمي. الكلمات المفتاحية:التحول الرقمي، الكفاءة المهنية، البريد والمواصلات، بيئة العمل، أدوات رقمية، الإنتاجية، حاسي بحبح. Summary: This study aimed to highlight the role of digital transformation in developing the work environment and improving employee efficiency within the Postal and Transportation Institution in Hassi Bahbah. It focused on analyzing the extent to which modern digital tools and technological platforms contribute to enhancing individual and collective performance, reducing errors, and facilitating daily tasks. To achieve the objectives of the study, a descriptive-analytical approach was adopted using a questionnaire directed at a sample of 40 employees from the institution. The results revealed that a significant percentage of respondents believe that digital transformation has effectively contributed to improving competencies, increasing productivity, and reducing time and effort. They also confirmed a clear relationship between the use of digital tools and the improvement of work output quality. The study concluded that investing in digital solutions in public institutions, especially in the postal and transportation sector, is an urgent necessity to achieve administrative modernization and adapt to the requirements of the digital age.
