Abstract

Anxiety in the field of sports is regarded as one of the most prevailing psychological phenomena that significantly affects athletic performance in general, and the performance of final-year high school students in particular. This phenomenon, defined as a state of psychological and physical tension resulting from factors including competition or fear of failure, can either positively motivate performance or negatively hinder athletic performance. In this vein, and in the exhibited study titled "Sources of Anxiety and Their Implications for Skill Performance in Volleyball Among Final-Year High School Students," we aimed to answer the questions: Are there sources of anxiety among final-year high school students, and do these sources impact their skill performance in volleyball? In this regard, the study proposed four sub-hypotheses, and through an in-depth investigation and testing of these hypotheses, it was concluded that the sources of anxiety stem from four main factors: age stage, social circumstances, the teacher's personality, and gender mixing in sports practice. All these factors either positively or negatively influence students' performance in volleyball. For this reason, it is immensely essential to address the phenomenon of anxiety and to channel it to improve students' performance during sports practice through specific strategies such as relaxation, positive visualization, and psychological training for control. These strategies aim to enhance skill performance in volleyball among final-year high school students.

L'anxiété dans le domaine du sport est l'un des phénomènes psychologiques qui affectent grandement la performance sportive en général et les performances spécifiques en particulier. Ce phénomène est lié à l'état de stress psychologique et physique qui peut résulter de certains facteurs tels que la compétition, la peur de l'échec, ou d'autres raisons similaires. Cet état peut parfois avoir des répercussions positives qui stimulent la performance, mais il peut aussi avoir des effets négatifs spécifiques qui nuisent à la performance sportive.

Dans cette étude, nous avons abordé les sources d'anxiété et leur impact sur la performance des compétences en volley-ball chez les étudiants de dernière année pour chercher une réponse à la question : existe-t-il des sources d'anxiété chez les étudiants de dernière année et ces sources ont-elles un impact sur leurs performances en volley-ball ? Les hypothèses partielles étaient au nombre de quatre. Après une étude approfondie et des tests d'hypothèses de recherche, selon lesquelles la source de l'anxiété est constituée de quatre facteurs : l'âge, les circonstances sociales, la personnalité du professeur et le mélange des éléments. les nationalités dans la pratique sportive influencent et Cela reflète positivement ou négativement la performance des élèves en volleyball.

Par conséquent, le phénomène d'anxiété doit être traité et orienté pour améliorer les performances de l'élève lors de la pratique sportive selon des stratégies spécifiques telles que la relaxation, l'imagination positive et l'entraînement psychologique pour le contrôler afin d'améliorer les performances en volley-ball des étudiants de dernière année Au lycée .

يعد القلق في المجال الرياضي من الظواهر النفسية الشائعة التي تؤثر بشكل كبير على الاداء الرياضي بصفة عامة ، وعلى اداء تلاميذ الاقسام النهائية في الثانويات بصفة خاصة، بحيث ان تلك الظاهرة التي تعرف على انها حالة من التوتر النفسي والجسدي التي تحدث نتيجة لبعض العوامل منها المنافسة او الخوف من الفشل احيانا، فهي اما ان تكون ايجابية محفزة للاداء واما ان تكون سلبية معيقة للأداء الرياضي. ولقد تطرقنا في هاته الدراسة المعنونة بمصادر القلقوانعكاسها على الاداء المهاري في الكرة الطائرة لدى تلاميذ الاقسام النهائية للبحث عن اجابة للسؤال هل هناك مصادر للقلق لدى تلاميذ الاقسام النهائية وهل تلك المصادر لها انعكاس على ادائهم المهاري في الكرة الطائرة ، والتي كانت فرضياتها الجزئية اربعة ، وبعد دراسة معمقة واختبار فرضيات البحث التي تنص على ان مصادر القلق اربعة عوامل: المرحلة العمرية والظروف الاجتماعية و شخصية الاستاذ و الاختلاط بين الجنسين في الممارسة الرياضية ، كلها تؤثر وتنعكس على اداء التلاميذ بالسلب او الايجاب في الكرة الطائرة. لذلك يجب التعامل مع ظاهرة القلق وتوجيهه في تحسين آداء التلاميذ اثناء الممارسة الرياضية وفق استراتيجيات معينة مثل الاسترخاء والتخيل الايجابي والتدريب النفسي للتحكم فيه ، قصد تحسين الاداء المهاري في الكرة الطائرة لدي تلاميذ الاقسام النهائية
