واقع تشغيل العمال الأجانب في الجزائر - دراسة ميدانية للعمالة الكوبية بمستشفى طب العيون بالجلفة

Abstract

تناولنا في هذه الدراسة موضوع واقع تشغيل الاجانب في الجزائر ،واخترنا العمال الكوبيين في مستشفي طب العيون بالجلفة كعينة الدراسة . اشكالية الدراسة تمثلت في البحث عن واقع تشغيل الاجانب بالجزائر . اهداف الدراسة : تهدف الدراسة الى معرفة اسباب جلب اليد العاملة الى سوق العمل الجزائري ومحاولة تسليط الضوء على اليد العاملة الوطنية المنهج المعتمد:تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي في هذه الدراسة مجتمع البحث:قمنا بمسح شامل لعمال الكوبين بمستشفيطب العيون بالجلفة والذي بلغ عددهم 120 عامل وتم استرجاع 45 استمارة. ادوات البحث : تم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على الاستمارة في جمع المعلومات والتي احتوت على 3 محاور المحور الاول : البيانات الشخصية للمبحوثين المحور الثاني : الظروف المهنية للعمال الكوبيين المحور الثالث : العوامل الاجتماعية __________

In thisstudy, wedealtwith the issue of the reality of employingforeigners in Algeria We chose Cuban workers In the ophthalmology hospital in Djelfa as a study sample The problem of the study was to search for the reality of the employment of foreigners in Algeria Study Objectives: The study aims to find out the reasons for bringing the labor force to the Algerian labor market and attempts to shed light on the national labor force Approved method: The descriptive approach was followed in this study. Research community: We conducted a comprehensive survey of Cuban workers at the Ophthalmology Hospital in Djelfa, who numbered 120 workers, and 45 questionnaires were retrieved. Research tools: In this study, the questionnaire was used to collect information, which included 3 axes The first axis: the personal data of the respondents The second axis: occupational conditions for Cuban workers The third axis: social factors.
