Abstract

تتضح أهمية مقياس الدراسات الثقافية والوسائط الجديدة في المناهج التعليمية الجامعية الخاصة بميدان علوم اإلعالم واإلتصال في أنها أن أخذت هذه المكانة الهامة بحكم التحوالت التي فرضتها الظاهرة اإلتصالية، وترابط مصطلحات: الثقافة و الجمهور ضمن سياقات ممارستية متعددة، وتحيل كل هذه العناصر للباحثين والمهتمين في حقل علوم واإلتصال إلى زيادة االهتمام بما يعرف بنشاط وسائل اإلعالم والتأثيرات المتوقعة عبر ما يعرف بالثقافة الجماهيرية ووسائل اإلنتاج وطرق اإلستهالك، فالدراسات الثقافية في الحقيقة هي نقطة تحول كبيرة في التاريخ اإلنساني فهي المجال الواسع الذي يبحث على فهم الثقافة وكيفية تشكلها بكل مدلوالتها ويستكشف ويحللها من زوايا مختلفة ومتنوعة من عادات وتقاليد ولغة ورموز ألخ،.. والتغيرات التي تحدثها على السلوكات المرتبطة بالسلطة والمجتمع، وقد تناغم مفهوم الدراسات الثقافية مع وسائل إنتاج الثقافة الذي إرتبط بالتحوالت التي طرأت على وسائل اإلعالم واإلتصال أو ما يعرف بالوسائط الجديدة. كلمات مفتاحية: الدر اسات الثقافية، الوسائط الجديدة.

All these elements direct researchers and those interested in the field of Media and Communication to pay increased attention to what is known as media activity and the anticipated effects through what is termed mass culture, means of production, and consumption methods. Indeed, cultural studies represent a major turning point in human history, as it is the broad field that seeks to understand culture and how it is formed in all its implications. It explores and analyzes culture from various perspectives, including traditions, The concept of cultural studies has harmonized with the means of cultural production associated with the changes that occurred in media and communication, or what is known as new media. customs, language, symbols, etc., and examines the changes it brings to behaviors related to authority and society.
