Abstract

تʶعى هʚه الʙ ارسة إلى الؔʷف عʧ تأثʛʽ الأمʛاض الʺʜمʻة على الأداء الॽʣʨفي، مʧ خلال د ارسة حالة مʛضى الʽʶلॽاك العاملʧʽ في الʺʕسʶات العʺʨمॽة. وقʙ تʦ اخॽʱار مʛض ا يʕثʛ ا خاصً ً ا غʚائॽ ً الʽʶلॽاك Ǽاعॼʱاره مʧ الأمʛاض الʸامʱة والʺʜمʻة الʱي تʢʱلʖ نʤام ȞʷǼل مॼاشʛ على ॽʰʡعة حॽاة الفʛد، خاصة في بʯʽة العʺل. اعʱʺʙت الʙ ارسة على الʺʻهج الʨصفي الʴʱلʽلي، وتʦ اسʙʵʱام الاسॽʰʱان ؗأداة رئॽʶॽة لʳʺع الॽʰانات مʧ عʻʽة عʛضॽة مʨȞنة مʧ 50 ا، تʦ اسʛʱجاع مʨʴॼث 45 اسʱʺارة مʻها. تʦً تʴلʽل الॽʰانات Ǽاسʙʵʱام بʛنامجSPSS ، مʧ خلال جʙاول تؔʛارȄة ʢॽʶǼة وأخȐʛ مʛؗॼة لاخॼʱار الفʛضॽات. كʷفʗ نʱائج الʙ ارسة عʧ تأثʛʽ واضح للأعʛاض الʻفॽʶة والǽʙʶʳة الʺʛتʢॼة Ǽʺʛض الʽʶلॽاك على الأداء الॽʤʻʱʺي، يʳʱلى في ॽɼاب الʶʱهॽلات الإدارȄة، وضعف تؔʅॽʽ بʯʽة العʺل، وانعʙام الʙعʦ الʻفʶي. ؗʺا أʣهʛت الʱʻائج تأثʛʽ الأعʛاض الاقʸʱادǽة والاجʱʺاॽɺة على الأداء الإنʱاجي، لا سॽʺا في ʣل ارتفاع تؔالʅॽ الغʚاء الʵاص، وصعȃʨة الʺʷارؗة الاجʱʺاॽɺة داخل الʺʕسʶة، وॽɼاب الʙعʦ الʺʕسʶاتي. وتʵلʟ الʙ ارسة إلى ضʛورة تʛȄʨʢ سॽاسات تॽʤʻʺॽة تʛاعي الʴالات الॽʴʸة الʵاصة، وتʦॽɺʙ آلॽات الʙعʦ الاجʱʺاعي والغʚائي داخل الʺʕسʶات، Ǽʺا ǽʺʹʧ تʧʽʶʴ الأداء الॽʣʨفي وتعʜȄʜ شعʨر الانʱʺاء لȐʙ الʺʸابʧʽ Ǽالأمʛاض الʺʜمʻة.

Abstract: This study aims to explore the impact of chronic illnesses on job performance, focusing on a case study of celiac disease patients working in public institutions. Celiac disease was selected due to its silent and chronic nature, requiring a specific diet that directly affects the individual’s lifestyle, particularly in the workplace. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, using a questionnaire as the primary data collection tool, distributed to a random sample of 50 participants, with 45 responses retrieved. The data were analyzed using SPSS software, through both simple and cross-tabulated frequency tables to test the hypotheses. The findings revealed a significant impact of the psychological and physical symptoms associated with celiac disease on organizational performance. This impact is evident in the lack of administrative facilitation, inadequate adaptation of the work environment, and insufficient psychological support. The study also showed that the economic and social symptoms affect productivity, especially due to the high cost of gluten-free food, limited social participation at work, and absence of institutional support. The study concludes that there is a need to develop organizational policies that consider specific health conditions, and to strengthen mechanisms of social and nutritional support within institutions, to enhance job performance and foster a sense of belonging among employees with chronic illnesses.
