مدخل الي مجتمع المعلومات

Abstract

تخص هذه المطبوعة البيداغوجية والتي تناولنا فيها مقياس مدخل إلى مجتمع المعلومات والذي تطرقنا فيها لعدة محاضرات كانت بالأساس لتوضيح الفهم العميق لمجتمع المعلومات بإعتبار أننا نعيش فعلياً عصر المعومات ،وقد تناولنا مدخل مفاهيمي لمجتمع المعلومات لتوضيح بعض المفاهيم ذات الصلة به،وتطرقنا بذات السياق إلى التعليم عن بعد بإعتباره ميزة العصر،وركزنا على تكنولوجيا الإعلام والإتصال بوصفها البنية التحتية لمجتمع المعلومات ،وكما تطرقنا بالمطبوعة إلى الإقتصاد المعرفي وإنعكاسات تطبيقه في تعزيز القدرة التنافسية المؤسسات والدول . كما ركزنا في المطبوعة على إبراز أهم التحديات التي تواجه المجتمع المعلوماتي كالفجوة الرقمية لاسيما في الدول العربية . ونختتم المطبوعة بتسليط الضوء على مستقبل مجتمع المعلومات في الوطن العربي وأفاق إقامة مجتمع معلوماتي عربي ،مع التأكيد على ضرورة بناء مجتمع معرفي قوي عربي أساسه المعلومات. الكلمات المفتاحية:مجتمع المعلومات،تكنولوجيا المعلومات ،التعليم عن بعد ،الإقتصاد الرقمي ،الفجوة الرقمية . الملخص باللغة الأجنبية : This pedagogical publication is related to the fact that we have dealt with the Introduction to the Information Society Scale, in which we have dealt with several lectures that were mainly to clarify the deep understanding of the Information Society, considering that we are actually living in the age of information, and we have dealt with a conceptual approach to the Information Society, In order to clarify some concepts related to it, we touched in the same context on distance education as the advantage of the age, We focused on information and communication technology as the infrastructure of the information society, and we also discussed the knowledge economy and the implications of its application in enhancing the competitiveness of institutions and countries. In the publication, we also focused on highlighting the most important challenges facing the information society, such as the digital divide, especially in the Arab countries.

We conclude the publication by highlighting the future of the information society in the Arab world and the prospects for establishing an Arab information society, while emphasizing the need to build a strong Arab knowledge society based on information.
