الضغوطات المهنية لدى المرأة العاملة بالمؤسسات التربوية : دراسة ميدانية

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة : جاءت الدراسة بعنوان : واقع الضغوط المهنية لدى المرأة العاملة ـ دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الاساتذة في متوسطة سبع عامر – دار الشيوخ ولاية الجلفة ، وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة بعنوان واقع الضغوط المهنية لدى المرأة العاملة وتمحورت اشكالية هذه الدراسة ماهو واقع الضغوطات المهنية لدى المرأة العاملة في قطاع التربية والتعليم بالجلفة ، هدفت هذه الدراسة الى الكشف عن واقع الضغوط المهنية وانعكاساتها على المرأة العاملة لدى اساتذة التعليم المتوسط ، وكذا معرفة مدى تأثير الضغوط المهنية على المرأة العاملة في قطاع التربية، كما هدفت هذه الدراسة أيضا الى معرفة طبيعة العلاقة بين الضغوط المهنية وعدم الأداء الوظيفي للأستاذات و ايضا الى معرفة اثر ضعف الراتب وقلة الحوافز على أداء المرأة العاملة في المؤسسة التربوية ، كما أنها تهدف الى التعرف على العلاقة الموجودة بين السلطة الادارية وضغوط العمل لدى المرأة العاملة في المؤسسة التربوية. ولقد اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي من أجل الاحاطة بجوانب موضوع الدراسة من خلال العينة القصدية والتي بلغ عددها (14 استاذ و 6استاذات ) ، واعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على ادوات جمع البيانات الاستبيان والمقابلة في الجولة الاستكشافية للحصول على المعلومات والبيانات المتعلقة بالميدان ، وسيتم تحليل البيانات وتفسيرها في جداول بسيطة ، ثم مقارنة النتائج المتحصل عليها مع الدراسات السابقة ومناقشتها على ضوء التساؤلات المطروحة . Study Summary:

The reality of occupational stress among working women – a field study on a sample of teachers at Saba Amer Middle School – Dar El Chouikh, Djelfa Province. This study was titled "The Reality of Occupational Stress among Working Women" and centered on the issue: What is the reality of occupational stress among working women in the education sector in Djelfa? The study aimed to reveal the reality of occupational stress and its reflections on working women among middle school teachers, as well as to understand the extent of the impact of occupational stress on working women in the education sector. It also aimed to identify the nature of the relationship between occupational stress and the poor job performance of female teachers, and to understand the effect of low salaries and lack of incentives on the performance of working women in the educational institution. Additionally, it sought to explore the relationship between administrative authority and work stress among working women in the educational institution. We relied on the descriptive method to encompass the aspects of the study topic through a purposive sample numbering (14 female teachers). The study used data collection tools including questionnaires and interviews during the exploratory round to obtain information and data related to the field. The data will be analyzed and interpreted in simple tables, then the obtained results will be compared with previous studies and discussed in light of the raised questions.
