On présente dans cette étude une conception d’un modèle numérique du mouvement hydrodynamique d’un piston de moteur a combustion interne. L’étude est basée sur le mouvement axial, latéral, ainsi que le mouvement rotationnel, enfin on représente le mouvement global. Partant des paramètres initiaux connus, le modèle est construit de manière itérative en résolvant l'équation de Reynolds et en calculant le champ de pression développé dans le film lubrifiant du modèle hydrodynamique du système piston-cylindre. Il est pris en compte le calcul de l'épaisseur du film d’huile qui sépare la jupe et le piston.
Abstract
We present in this study a conception of a numerical model of the hydrodynamic motion of piston of a internal combustion engine. The study is based on the axial movement, lateral, and the rotational movement, finally represents the global movement. Based on the initial parameters known, the model is formed iteratively by solving the Reynolds equation and calculating the pressure field at the lubricating film developed in the hydrodynamic model of piston-cylinder system. It is taken into account when calculating the thickness of oil film between the cylinder and the piston.

نقدم في هذه الدراسة تصميم نموذجي عددي للحركة الهيدروديناميكية لمكبس محرك الاحتراق الداخلي. وتستند هذه الدراسة على الحركة المحورية و الحركة الجانبية وأيضا الحركة الدورانية، و أخيرا الحركة الشاملة. بدءا من المعلومات الأولية المعروفة، ويتكون نموذج تكراري من خلال حل معادلة رينولدز واحتساب مجال الضغط الذي وضع في فيلم التشحيم من النموذج الهيدروديناميكي لنظام مكبس- الاسطوانة مع اخذ ذلك في الاعتبار عند حساب سماكة فيلم زيت بين الاسطوانة والمكبس.
