La torsion est un phénomène complexe qui peut être à l’origine d’effondrement des bâtiments. Les règlements parasismiques préconisent des justifications de la sécurité et des vérifications spécifiques pour la réduction de son effet sur la structure. Dans ce travail une proposition d’un modèle de calcul tridimensionnel des bâtiments asymétriques est réalisée. Ce modèle permet l’identification de la torsion et l’estimation de sa valeur à partir de la réponse dynamique de la structure. La théorie de base de la méthode dynamique modale spectrale est présentée. Cette théorie est programmée en utilisant le logiciel OpenSees.
Le modèle obtenu est appliqué sur deux exemples de structures asymétriques en plan, le premier est un bâtiment de conception courante dans la wilaya de Djelfa rencontrée souvent dans les programmes de logements sociaux. Le deuxième est un exemple d’application.
Les résultats trouvés en termes de fréquences propres, modes propres et déplacements comparativement à ceux de SAP2000 sont presque confondus.
Abstract:
Twisting is a complex phenomenon that can cause buildings to collapse. The seismic regulations recommend safety justifications and specific verifications for the reduction of its effect on the structure. In this work a proposal for a three-dimensional model of asymmetric buildings is realized. This model allows the identification of the torsion and the estimation of its value from the dynamic response of the structure. The basic theory of the spectral modal dynamic method is presented. This theory is programmed using the OpenSees software.
The model obtained is applied to two examples of asymmetric plan structures; the first is a building of common design in the wilaya of Djelfa often encountered in social housing programs. The second is an example of an application.
The results found in terms of Eigenfrequencies, Eigen modes and displacements compared to those of SAP2000 are almost confused.

الالتواء ظاهرة معقدة يمكن ان تكون السبب الرئيسي في انهيار الابنية ,لذلك فالقواعد الزلزالية تضع قواعد و مبررات للامان وقواعد خاصة للتحقق لأجل انقاص تأثيره على المباني. في هادا العمل حققنا اقتراح نموذج ثلاثي الابعاد للمباني غير المتناظرة. سمح هذا النموذج بتحديد الالتواء وتقدير قيمته من الاستجابة الديناميكية للهيكل. يتم تقديم النظرية الأساسية للطريقة الديناميكية الطيفية. هذه النظرية تمت برمجتها باستخدام برنامجOpenSees.
يتم تطبيق النموذج الذي تم الحصول عليه على مثالين لهياكل خطة غير متناظرة في المستوي, الاول هو عبارة عن تصميم للمباني الحالية المخصصة للسكن الاجتماعي في ولاية الجلفة.والثاني عبارة عن مثال تطبيقي.
النتائج المحصل عليها على شكل نبضانماط الحركة والانتقالات مقارنة مع الSAP2000 تقريبا متماثلة.
