التكيف الاجتماعي للطلبة الاجانب

Abstract

ملخص البحث هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحقيق الأهداف التالية: إلى التعرف على مستوى تكيف الطلبة الأجانب في جامعة زيان عاشور، والتحقق من ما إذا كانت كل من اللغة والبيئة الاجتماعية تعيق تكيفهم الاجتماعي .واستقصاء الصعوبات التي يواجهها الطلاب الأجانب في جامعة زيان عاشور. بحيث تم بناء هذه الدراسة على جانب نظري والآخر ميداني، ففي الجانب النظري تضمنت إشكالية الدراسة على التساؤل العام الآتي: ما أهم معوقات التكيف الاجتماعي للطالب الأجنبي بجامعة الجلفة؟ وينبثق عن التساؤل السابق الأسئلة الفرعية التالية: هل تشكل اللغة عائقا للتكيف الاجتماعي للطلبة الأجانب بجامعة الجلفة؟ و هل تشكل البيئة الاجتماعية عائقا للتكيف الاجتماعي للطلبة الأجانب بجامعة الجلفة؟ وكإجابة عن التساؤل العام افترضنا كفرضية عامة أن "لغة الخطاب والبيئة الاجتماعية للجامعة تعيقان التكيف الاجتماعي للطالب الأجنبي بجامعة الجلفة. وكإجابة عن التساؤلات الفرعية افترضنا أن: اللغة تشكل عائقا أمام التكيف الاجتماعي للطلبة الأجانب بجامعة الجلفة. وافترضنا أن البيئة الاجتماعية للجامعة تشكل عائقا أمام التكيف الاجتماعي للطالب الأجنبي بجامعة الجلفة. وتحقيقا لأهداف الدراسة استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي الذي يتناسب مع موضوع الدراسة، ومن أجل جمع البيانات والمعطيات اعتمدنا على الاستمارة بغرض التحقق من فرضيات البحث، مكونة من 31 عبارة، ونظرا لصعوبة الوصول للعينة وعدم توفر إحصائيات الدقيقة لمجتمع البحث، استخدمنا عينة كرة الثلج وهي معاينة غير احتمالية، وقد تكونت عينة بحثنا من 50 طالب وطالبة من الأجانب، وقمنا بتوزيع استبيان على 50 طالب وطالبة أجنبية في جامعة زيان عاشور من جنسيات وتخصصات ومستويات مختلفة، وبعد التحليل الإحصائي والسوسيولوجي لنتائج تحليل الجداول، خلصت دراستنا إلى تحقق فرضية التي مفادها أن اللغة تعيق التكيف الاجتماعي للطلبة الأجانب، بينما الفرضي الثانية القائلة بأن البيئة الاجتماعية للجامعة تعيق التكيف الاجتماعي للطلبة الأجانب لم تتحقق تماما. وجاءت النتيجة بأن الطلبة الأجانب غير متكيفين اجتماعيا ذلك لتعرضهم للعديد من المعوقات والتي أبرزها وأكثرها تأثيرا هي اللغة، التي تعد كآلية للتكيف .

Absract The present study aimed to achieve the following objectives: to identify the level of adaptation of foreign students at the University of Ziane Ashour, and to check whether both language and social environment hinder social adaptation .Also, to survey the difficulties faced by foreign students in Ziane Ashour University. So that this study was built on theoretical and field sides. In the theoretical side the problematic study included the following general question: • What are the most important obstacles to social adjustment of foreign students at the University of Djelfa? The following question arises from the previous question:. Is language an impediment to the social adjustment of foreign students at the University of Djelfa? Is the social environment an obstacle to the social adjustment of foreign students at the University of Djelfa? As a response to the general question, we assumed as a general premise that "the language of the discourse and the social environment of the university hinder the social adjustment of the foreign student at the University of Djelfa. & We assumed that the social environment of the university constituted an obstacle to the social adjustment of the foreign student at the University of Djelfa. In order to achieve the objectives of the study we used the descriptive method that is appropriate for the subject of the study, and for data and data collection relied on the form in order to verify the hypotheses, consisting of 31 words, due to the difficulty of access to the sample and the lack of accurate statistics for the research community, we used a sample snowball, a preview of non-probability sample. Our research consisted of 50 foreign students, and we have distributed a questionnaire to 50 students a foreign student at Ziane Ashour University from different nationalities and disciplines and levels. After statistical analysis and sociological analysis of the results tables, we concluded our study to verify the hypothesis that language disrupts social adjustment of foreign students, while the second premise that the social environment of the University disrupts social adjustment for foreign students did not fully realize. The result is that foreign students are misfit socially and exposed to many obstacles mainly the language, which is considered a mechanism for adaptation.

Absract La présente étude visait à atteindre les objectifs suivants: identifier le niveau d'adaptation des étudiants étrangers à l'Université de Ziane Ashour et vérifier si l'environnement linguistique et social entravent l'adaptation sociale. En outre, pour examiner les difficultés rencontrées par les étudiants étrangers Université Ziane Ashour. Pour que cette étude soit fondée sur des côtés théoriques et sur le terrain. Du côté théorique, l'étude problématique comprenait la question générale suivante: • Quels sont les obstacles les plus importants à l'ajustement social des étudiants étrangers à l'Université de Djelfa? La question suivante résulte de la question précédente :. La langue est-elle un obstacle à l'ajustement social des étudiants étrangers à l'Université de Djelfa? L'environnement social est-il un obstacle à l'ajustement social des étudiants étrangers à l'Université de Djelfa? En réponse à la question générale, nous avons supposé comme prémisse général que «la langue du discours et l'environnement social de l'université entravent l'ajustement social de l'étudiant étranger à l'Université de Djelfa». Nous avons supposé que l'environnement social de L'université constituait un obstacle à l'adaptation sociale de l'étudiant étranger à l'Université de Djelfa. Afin d'atteindre les objectifs de l'étude, nous avons utilisé la méthode descriptive appropriée pour le sujet de l'étude et pour la collecte de données et de données reposant sur le formulaire afin de vérifier les hypothèses, constituées de 31 mots, en raison de la difficulté De l'accès à l'échantillon et le manque de statistiques précises pour le milieu de la recherche, nous avons utilisé un échantillon de boule de neige, un aperçu d'un échantillon non probabiliste. Après l'analyse statistique et l'analyse sociologique des tableaux de résultats, nous avons conclu notre étude pour vérifier l'hypothèse selon laquelle le langage perturbe l'ajustement social des étudiants étrangers, tandis que la deuxième prémisse selon laquelle l'environnement social de l'Université perturbe l'ajustement social pour les étudiants étrangers ne s'est pas pleinement réalisée. Il en résulte que les étudiants étrangers sont inadaptés socialement et exposés à de nombreux obstacles principalement le langage, qui est considéré comme un mécanisme d'adaptation.
