Abstract
The main objective of this work is the study and design of metamaterials for the
miniaturization of antennas. The word "meta-material" of the Greek meta which means "beyond"
has been widely used to describe composite materials with the sole characteristic of not being
available in the natural state. Meta-materials for improving antenna performance in terms of
efficiency and compactness
Résumé
L'objectif principal de ce travail est l’étude et conception de métamatériaux pour la
miniaturisation d’antennes. Le mot «méta -matériau» du grec méta qui signifie « au-delà » a été très
utilisé pour décrire les matériaux composites avec comme unique caractéristique de ne pas être
disponibles à l’état naturel. Les méta -matériauxpour l'amélioration des performances des antennes
en termes d'efficacité et de compacité.

الھدف الرئیسي من ھذا العمل ھو دراسة وتصمیم المواد الوصفیةلتصغیر الھوائیات. تم استخدام كلمة" المادة الخارقة "في التعریف
الیوناني والتي تعني "ما وراء" على نطاق واسع لوصف المواد المركبة ذات السمة الوحیدة لعدم توفرھا في الحالة الطبیعیة.
