الخلفية الثقافية للمعلمين وتأثيرها

Abstract

تعتبر اﻟﻌﻤﻠﻴﺔالتربوية ﻛﻞٌّﻣﺘﻜﺎﻣﻞ ﻻ يمكن تجزئته، ﻓﻠﻜﻞ موضوع طريقته المناسبة لذا ﻳﻨﺒﻐﻲ ﻋﻠﻰ المعلم أن يمتلك خلفيةثقافية تساعده على تقديمٍ جيدٍ لطرق التدريس وإبتكار ما يخدمها، ليمكن المتعلمين من إﺳﺘﻴﻌﺎب المعرفة و إﻛﺘﺴﺎب المهارات. وتعتبر الخلفية الثقافية من أهم المواضيع التي لم يسلط عليها ما يكفي حقها في علم الإجتماع، ولهذا ارتأينا ان نعالج هذا الموضوع في دراستنا هذه ولقد تمت على عدة فصول منها الجانب المنهجي والتعريف بالخلفية الثقافية وكذا طرقالتدريس، كما انتقلنا للجانب التطبيقي حيث تم اتخاذ بعض ابتدائيات بلدية عين الإبل كعيّنات للدراسة. وفي الأخير خلصت دراستنا بتبيان التأثير البالغ الذي تتركه الخلفية الثقافية في طبيعة عمل المعلمين وفي السلوكوالأداء الوظيفي، من خلال إظهارها او إخفائها أثناء العمل داخل القسم. الكلمات المفتاحية: الخلفية الثقافية،المعلم، طرق التدريس.

Abstract: The educational process is an integrated and indivisible whole, because each subject has its own appropriate method, so the teacher must have a cultural background which which helps him to provide good methods of teaching and to innovate them in order to enable learners to assimilate knowledge and acquires kills. The cultural background is considered as one of the most important issue, which is not sufficiently emphasized in sociology. That is why we have decided to deal with the subject in our study. It was carried out in several chapters, including the methological part, the definition of cultural background as well as teaching methods. We also passed to the practical part. Some of Ain El Ibel primary schools were taken as study samples. Finally our study concluded in the significant impact that the cultural background has on the nature of the work, the behavior and the professional performance of teachers by revealing or concealing it in work inside the classroom. Résumé: Le processus éducatif est un tout intégré et indivisible car chaque matière a sa propre pédagogie appropriée de sorte que l'enseignant doit posséder un arrière-plan culturel qui l'aide à fournir de bonnes méthodes et les innover pour permettre aux apprenants d'assimiler les connaissances et d'acquérir des compétences. L'arrière-plan est considéré comme l'un dessujets les plus importants mais qui n' as suffisamment été abordé en sociologie. C'est pourquoi nous avons décidé de s'intéressserà ce sujet dans notre étude. Il a été réalisé en plusieurs chapitres, y compris la partie méthologique , la définition de l'arrière-plan culturel, ainsi que les méthodes d'enseignement. Nous sommes également passés à la partie pratique. Certaines écoles primaires de la commune d'Ain El Ibel ont été choisies comme échantillons d'étude. Enfin nous avons conclu notre étude en montrant l'impact significatif que l'arrière-plan culturel a sur la nature du travail, le comportement et la performance professionnelle des enseignants ,en le révélant ou en le dissimulant lorsqu'ils travaillent au sein de la classe.
