دور وسائل التكنولوجيا في الأداء الوظيفي للعمال

Abstract

الملخص: عربية: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن دور وسائل التكنولوجيا في الأداء الوظيفي للعمال و الهدف الرئيسي لهذه الدراسة هو الكشف عن ما إذا كانت توجد علاقة ارتباطيه بين الوسائل التكنولوجيا وبين الأداء الوظيفي للعمال خاصة عمال مؤسسة محافظة الغابات بالجلفة ، كما تهدف الى : -الوقوف على مدى إدراك المؤسسة محل الدراسة لأهمية استخدام تكنولوجيا في وظائفها اليومية؛ - الوقوف على مستوى الأداء الوظيفي للعمال في المؤسسة محل الدراسة؛ -تحليل العلاقة بين الوسائل تكنولوجية والأداء الوظيفي للعمال و إعتمدت في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. إذ أن الدراسة الميدانية خصصت لعمال محافظة الغابات بالجلفة ، ولبلوغ أهداف الدراسة تم إعداد أسئلة لحل مشكلة الدراسة وجهت إلى 30عاملا ، أما فيما يخص الاستبيان فقد شمل جميع الموظفين دون استثناء ، وذلك بهدف جمع البيانات والمعلومات اللازمة وتحليلها واستخلاص النتائج ومقارنتها بفرضيات الدراسة . ويمكن في الأخير أن نخلص النتيجة حول استخدامات الوسائل التكنولوجية في المؤسسة ودورها في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي للعمال في هذه المؤسسة انطلاقا من الأبعاد المعتمدة في الدراسة للكشف عن طبيعة مساهمة الوسائل التكنولوجية في تحسين الاداء الوظفي: - تزيد في سرعة الاتصال مما يؤدي الى توفير الجهد المبذول و تقليل التكاليف المطلوبة. - توفير الوقت المطلوب لإنجاز مختلف التعاملات الإدارية مما يؤدي إلى تحسين الخدمة العمومية من جهة ورضا المواطن.

الفرنسة La présente étude visait à révéler le rôle de la technologie dans la performance professionnelle des travailleurs, et l'objectif principal de cette étude est de révéler s'il existe une corrélation entre les moyens technologiques et la performance professionnelle des travailleurs, en particulier des travailleurs de la Forests Governorate Corporation à Djelfa, car elle vise à: - Déterminer le degré de sensibilisation de l'institution en question à l'importance d'utiliser la technologie dans ses fonctions quotidiennes - Déterminer le niveau de performance professionnelle des travailleurs de l'institution étudiée; Analyser la relation entre les moyens technologiques et la performance professionnelle des travailleurs Et adopté dans cette étude sur la méthode analytique descriptive. L'étude de terrain étant consacrée aux travailleurs du gouvernorat forestier de Djelfa, et afin d'atteindre les objectifs de l'étude, des questions ont été préparées pour résoudre le problème de l'étude et s'adressaient à 30 travailleurs. Quant au questionnaire, il incluait tous les employés sans exception, dans le but de collecter les données et informations nécessaires, les analyser, en extraire les résultats et les comparer avec les hypothèses de l'étude. Enfin, nous pouvons conclure la conclusion sur les usages des moyens technologiques dans l'institution et son rôle dans l'amélioration des performances professionnelles des travailleurs de cette institution, à partir des dimensions retenues dans l'étude pour révéler la nature de la contribution des moyens technologiques à l'amélioration des performances professionnelles: - Il augmente la vitesse de communication, ce qui permet d'économiser des efforts et de réduire les coûts requis. Prévoir le temps nécessaire pour réaliser les différentes opérations administratives, ce qui conduit à l'amélioration du service public d'une part et à la satisfaction des citoyens.

الانجليزية The present study aimed to reveal the role of technology in the job performance of workers, and the main objective of this study is to reveal whether there is a correlation between the means of technology and the job performance of workers, especially workers of the Forests Governorate Corporation in Djelfa, as it aims to: - Determine the extent of awareness of the institution under study of the importance of using technology in its daily functions; Determine the level of job performance of workers in the institution under study; Analyzing the relationship between technological means and workers' job performance And adopted in this study on the descriptive analytical method. As the field study was devoted to the workers of the forest governorate in Djelfa, and in order to achieve the study objectives, questions were prepared to solve the study problem and were directed to 30 workers, as for the questionnaire, it included all employees without exception, with the aim of collecting the necessary data and information, analyzing it, extracting results and comparing them with the hypotheses of the study. Finally, we can conclude the conclusion about the uses of technological means in the institution and its role in improving the job performance of workers in this institution, based on the dimensions adopted in the study to reveal the nature of the contribution of technological means to improving job performance: - It increases the speed of communication, which leads to saving effort and reducing costs required. Providing the time required to complete the various administrative transactions, which leads to the improvement of public service on the one hand and citizen satisfaction.
