التكوين الجامعي لـ. م. د وأثره على الأداء الوظيفي للأساتذة (دراسة ميدانية لأساتذة بعض ابتدائيات بلدية الجلفة)

Abstract

ملخص الدارسة تطرقنا في دراستنا هذه المعنونة بالتكوين الجامعيل.م.دوأثره على الأداء الوظيفي ومن خلال التساؤل العام إلى معرفة :مامدى تأثير التكوين الجامعي ل.م.دوأثره على الأداء الوظيفي؟ وتتفرع عنه الأسئلةالتالية: -مامدى تأثيرالإعداد المعرفي على الأداءالوظيفي؟ -مامدى تأثيرالإعداد النفسي على الأداءالوظيفي؟ -مامدى تأثيرالإعداد المهني على الأداءالوظيفي؟ تحصلنا على النتائج التالية :أن التكوين الجامعي ل.م.د.من خلال الإعداد المعرفي يؤثر على الأداء الوظيفي ،وأن التكوين الجامعي ل.م.د.من خلال الإعداد النفسي لايؤثر على الأداء الوظيفي ،وأن التكوين الجامعي ل.م.د.من خلال الإعداد المهني لا يؤثر على الأداءالوظيفي . ومن خلال النتائج التي توصلنا إليها فان التكوين الجامعي يعمل على بناء وإعداد الطالب من الجوانب المعرفيةوإهمال الجوانب النفسية والمهنية في التكوين والتحضير إلى عالم الشغل .ومنه نستنتج أن هناك عجز في تكوين كفاءات فنية واعية وقادرة على تطوير الإنتاج في مواقع العمل لان الجامعة تركز على الجانب النظري في التكوين وإهمال الجانب التطبيقي في التكوين وعدم مراعاة احتياجات قطاعات العمل والإنتاج.

À travers l'établissement professionnel n'affecte pas la fonctionnalité. Grâce à nos résultats, la configuration de l'université travaille sur la construction et étudiants aspects cognitifs et la négligence des aspects psychologiques et professionnels de la formation et de la préparation au monde du travail de préparation de .omenh, nous concluons qu'il ya un déficit dans la formation de conscience technique qualifiée et capable de la production sur les chantiers de développement, car les axes universitaires sur le côté théorique dans la configuration et de la négligence du côté pratique dans la configuration et ne prennent pas en compte les besoins des secteurs de travail et de production.
