Abstract

132 ملخص الدراسة˸ تيدف ىذه الدراسة إلى التعرف عمى التمثلات الاجتماعية لمطمبة الجامعيين تجاه العمل بالقطاع التربوي ،حيث بنيت عمى محورين أساسين ىما محور نظري والثاني ميداني، وتضمنت إشكالية الدراسة التساؤل العام التالي ˸ كيف يتمثل خريجو الجامعة في المجتمع المحمي العمل بالقطاع التربوي ؟ وتفرع ىذا التساؤل إلى تساؤلات فرعية ˸ ماىي تمثلات خريجي الجامعة اتجاه العمل بالقطاع التربوي ؟ ىل تتباين التمثلات الاجتماعية لخريجي الجامعة اتجاه العمل بالقطاع التربوي ؟ أما التساؤلات الفرعية فقد جاءت عمى النحو التالي˸ -ىل تؤثر التمثلات الاجتماعية عمى تمثلات خريجي الجامعة بالقطاع التربوي ؟ -ىل يؤثر الجانب المادي باعتباره مركزا لجذب وتوجو خريجي الجامعة نحوى القطاع التربوي ؟ -ىل يؤثر التكوين الجامعي في بناء تمثلات خريجي الجامعة تجاه العمل بالقطاع التربوي؟ ومن أجل تحقيق أىداف الدراسة استخدمنا المنيج الوصفي الذي يعتمد عمى التحميل وكذا اعتمدنا في جمع البيانات عمى الاستمارة ،حيث طبقنا العينة العشوائية الطبقية تماشيا مع عينة الدراسة لانقساميا لتخصصات وطبقات ،وعددىا 92طاب وطالبة بجامعة زين عاشور تحديدا ʺ بكمية العموم الاجتماعية ʺ ،كما اعتمدنا عمى البرنامج الإحصائي SPSSلتفريغ البيانات المتحصل عمييا ،وبعد الانتياء من ىذه العممية قمنا بتحميل الجداول وقراءتيا إحصائيا وسوسيولوجيا ،وقد خمصت الدراسة لتحقق فرضيتان من البحث وعدم تحقق واحدة وكانت النتيجة أن ˸ أن العلاقات الاجتماعية تساىم في بناء تمثلات ورؤية الطمبة لمعمل بالقطاع التربوي . وأن الجانب المادي ليس مركزا لتوجو وجذب خريجي الجامعة نحوى القطاع التربوي . كما أن التكوين الجامعي يساىم في بناء تمثلات الطمبة وبمورة فكرة لمعمل بالقطاع التربوي. ومنو تتباين تمثلات خريجي الجامعة تجاه العمل .Résumé: l'étude L'objectif de cette étude est d'identifier les représentations sociales des étudiants universitaires vers le travail dans le secteur de l'éducation. Il est basé sur deux axes principaux: théorique et champ. Le problème de l'étude comprenait la question générale suivante: Comment les diplômés universitaires de la communauté locale travaillent-ils dans le secteur de l'éducation? Cette question est divisée en sous-questions ˸ Quelles sont les représentations des diplômés universitaires dans le secteur de l'éducation? Les représentations sociales des diplômés universitaires sont-elles différentes du travail dans le secteur de l'éducation? Les sous-questions sont les suivantes - L'impact social affecte-t-il la représentation des diplômés universitaires dans le secteur de l'éducation? - L'aspect matériel est-il un centre pour attirer et diriger les diplômés de l'université dans le secteur de l'éducation? - La configuration de l'université affecte-t-elle la construction des représentations des diplômés vers le travail dans le secteur de l'éducation? Afin d'atteindre les objectifs de l'étude, nous avons utilisé l'approche descriptive qui dépend de l'analyse et nous nous sommes appuyés sur la collecte de données sur l'outil Questionnaire. Nous avons appliqué l'échantillon aléatoire stratifié conformément à l'échantillon de l'étude pour sa division dans les disciplines et les cours, et 92 étudiants à l'Université de Zain Ashour spécifiquement à la Faculté des sciences sociales. Le programme statistique SPSS pour décharger les données obtenues, et après l'achèvement de ce processus, nous avons analysé les tableaux et les avons lu statistiquement et sociologiquement, et l'étude s'est conclue pour vérifier les hypothèses de la recherche et n'a pas été atteinte et le résultat était que ˸ Que les relations sociales contribuent à bâtir les représentations et la vision des étudiants à travailler dans le secteur de l'éducation. Et que l'aspect matériel n'est pas un centre pour attirer et attirer les diplômés de l'université dans le secteur de l'éducation. La formation universitaire contribue à la construction de representations d'étudiants et à l'élaboration d'une idée pour travailler dans le secteur de l'éducatio.Summary: the study The aim of this study is to identify the social representations of university students towards the work in the educational sector. It is based on two main axes: theoretical and field. The problem of the study included the following general question: How are university graduates in the local community working in the educational sector? This question is divided into sub-questions ˸ What are the representations of university graduates towards the educational sector? Are the social representations of university graduates different from the work in the educational sector? The sub-questions are as follows - Does social impact affect the representation of university graduates in the educational sector? - Does the material aspect as a center to attract and direct the university graduates to the educational sector? - Does the university configuration affect the building of the graduates' representations towards the work in the educational sector? In order to achieve the objectives of the study, we used the descriptive approach that depends on the analysis and we relied on the data collection on Questionnaire tool. We applied the stratified random sample in accordance with the sample of the study for its division into disciplines and classes, and 92 students at the University of Zain Ashour specifically in the Faculty of Social Sciences. The statistical program SPSS to unload the data obtained, and after the completion of this process we analyzed the tables and read them statistically and sociologically, and the study concluded to verify the hypotheses of the search and not achieved one and the result was that ˸ That social relations contribute to building the representations and vision of students to work in the educational sector. And that the material aspect is not a center to attract and attract graduates of the university to the educational sector. The university training contributes to building student representations and developing an idea for working in the educational sector.
