Etude d’un bâtiment à usage d’habitation(R+7)contreventement mixte

Abstract

Résumé Ce projet présent une étude détaillée d’un bâtiment a usage d’habitation constitué d'un Rez de chaussée plus (07) étages, implanté à la wilaya de DJELFA. Cette région est classée en zone I selon le RPA99 version 2003. Cette étude se compose de quatre parties. La première partie c’est la description générale du projet avec une présentation de l’aspect architectural des éléments du bâtiment, Ensuite le pré-dimensionnement de la structure et enfin la descente des charges. La deuxième partie a été consacrée aux éléments secondaires (l’escalier poutrelles, et l’acrotère). L’étude dynamique de la structure a été entamée dans la troisième partie par SAP2000 afin de déterminer les différentes sollicitations dues aux chargements (charges permanente, d’exploitation et charge sismique). La dernière partie comprend le ferraillage des différentes éléments résistants de la structure (fondation, poteaux, poutres). Ceci, en tenant compte des recommandations du BAEL91, et des règlements parasismiques algériens RPA 99/2003. Summary This project presents a detailed study of a residential building consisting of a ground floor plus (07) floors, located in the wilaya of DJELFA. This region is classified in zone I according to RPA99 version 2003. This study consists of four parts. The first part is the general description of the project with a presentation of the architectural aspect of the building elements, then the pre-dimensioning of the structure and finally the descent of the loads. The second part was devoted to secondary elements (the staircase beams, and the acroterium). The dynamic study of the structure was started in the third part by SAP2000 in order to determine the different loading loads (permanent load, operating load and seismic load). The last part includes the reinforcement of the different resistant elements of the structure (foundation, posts, beams). This, taking into account the recommendations of BAEL91, and Algerian seismic regulations RPA 99/2003. ملخص ھذا المشروع یقدم دراسة مفصلة لإنجاز بنایة سكنیة تتألف طابق ارضي 07 + طوابق بولایة الجلفة المصنفة ضمن المنطقة الزلزالیة رقم I حسب المركز الوطني للبحث المطبق في ھندسة مقاومة الزلازل. اشتملت الدراسة على أربعة محاور : المحور الأول: تفصیل عام للمشروع یشتمل على تعریف المشروع و البنایة، مع إعطاء الأبعاد الأولیة للعناصر وحمولة كل عنصرا لمكونة لها . المحور الثاني: دراسة الأجزاء الثانویة من البنایة) المد ارج و البلاطات المفرغة و المملوءة ( المحور الثالث : الدراسة الدینامیكیة للبنایة بواسطة برنامج SAP 2000 الذي یزودنا بالنتائج النهائیة التي تسمح بتسلیح مختلف العناصر المكونة للبنایة، مع الأخذ بعین الاعتبار كل توصیات القوانین الجزائریة الخاصة بدراسة اللزلازل 2003 المنقحة RPA99 - أما المحور الأخیر بشتمل على دراسة الأجزاء المقاومة للبنایة)الأعمدة، العارضات، و الأساسات ( اعتمادا على BAEL91 المنقح 1999 و RPA9
