Abstract:

This project presents a detailed study of a residential and commercial building, a
ground floor+ 7étage well be implanted in the wilaya of Algiers.
This study consists of four parts. - The first part is the general description of the project
with a presentation of the architectural aspects of building elements, then the
prédimonsionement structure and finally the descent of the load.
- The second part was devoted to secondary nutrients (the staircase beams, solid slabs
and parapet wall).
- The dynamic study of the structure was begun in the third part determined by
SAP2000 to various stresses due to loads (permanent loads, operational and seismic
loading). -The last part includes the reinforcement of the various resistance elements of
the structure (foundation, columns, beams).
Taking into account the recommendations of BAEL91, modifiée99 Algerian seismic
regulations and RPA 99/2003.
Résumé
Ce projet présente une étude détaillée d’un bâtiment à usage D’habitation et
commerce, un rez de chaussée 7 étages, qui sera implanté dans la Wilaya D’alger
Cette étude se compose de quatre parties.
-La première partie c’est la description générale du projet avec une présentation de
L’aspect architectural des éléments du bâtiment, Ensuite le pré dimensionnement de
laStructure et enfin la descente des charges.
- La deuxième partie a été consacrée aux éléments secondaires (l’escalier, poutrelles,
dalles pleines et l’acrotère) .
- L’étude dynamique de la structure a été entamée dans la troisième partie par
SAP2000 afin de déterminer les différentes sollicitations dues aux chargements
(charges permanente, d’exploitation et charge sismique) .
-La dernière partie comprend le ferraillage des différentes éléments résistants de
la structure (fondation, poteaux, poutres) .
Ceci, en tenant compte des recommandations du BAEL91 ,modifiée99 et des
règlements parasismiques algériens RPA 99/2003.

یقدم ھذا المشروع دراسة مفصلة لمبنى للاستخدام السكني والتجاري ، وھو عبارة عن طابق
أرضي من 7 طوابق ، سیتم بناءه في ولایة الجزائر.
تتكون ھذه الدراسة من أربعة أجزاء:
- الجزء الأول ھو الوصف العام للمشروع مع عرض
الجانب المعماري لعناصر المبنى ، ثم البعد المسبق للھیكل وأخیرا نزول الأحمال.
- تم تخصیص الجزء الثاني للعناصر الثانویة (الدرج ، الحزم ، الألواح الصلبة ............).
- بدأت الدراسة الدینامیكیة للھیكل في الجزء الثالث ببرنامج:
لتحدید الأحمال المختلفة بسبب الأحمال (الحمل الدائم ، حمل التشغیل والحمل SAP2000
الزلزالي).
- الجزء الأخیر یشمل تعزیز العناصر المقاومة المختلفة للھیكل (الأساس ، المشاركات ، الحزم).
