Abstract
This project consists mainly consists of the design and modeling of a building (G+4)
for residential use. Which will be established in the wilaya of Djelfa , zone with low
seismicity (zone I) the study complies with the Algerian parasismic Rules 99 modified
in 2003 (RPA.99 version 2003).
The stability of the structure is ensured by beams, posts, the study and analysis of this
structure were established by software (Robot Structural Analysis Professional).
The dimensioning well as the reinforcement of the elements was made in accordance
with the rules of design and calculation of reinforced concrete structures, by applying
BAEL91
Résumé
Ce projet consiste principalement en conception et la modélisation d’un
bâtiment (R+4) à usage d’habitation. Qui sera implanté dans la wilaya de Djelfa, zone
faible sismicité (zone I). L’étude est conforme aux Règles Parasismiques Algériennes
99 modifiées en 2003(RPA99v2003)
La stabilité de l'ouvrage est assurée par les poutres et les poteaux ; L'étude et l'analyse
de cette structure ont été établis par le logiciel (Robot Structural Analysis
Professional).
Le dimensionnement ainsi que le ferraillage des éléments ont été fait conformément
aux règles de conception et de calcul des structures en béton armé, en appliquant le
BAEL91.

ھذا المشروع یتكون أساسا من تصمیم و نمذجة مبنى من طابع ارضي + 4 طوابق للاستخدام السكني. یقع
المبنى في ولایة الجلفة وھي منطقة منخفضة الزلازل (المنطقة الأولى) تتوافق الدراسة مع القواعد الجزائریة
للزلازل 99 المعدلة في 2003
یتم ضمان استقرار الھیكل من خلال العوارض والأعمدة .

تم اجراء أبعاد العناصر وتقویتھا وفقا لقواعد تصمیم وحساب الھیاكل الخرسانیة المسلحة من خلال تطبیق.
