فاعلية الدات وعلاقتها بالتوافق النفسي لدى تلاميذ السنة الثالثة ثانوي د م بثانوية مصطفى بن بولعيد بالجلفة

Abstract

الملخص يعتبر كل من التوافق النفسي و فاعلية الذات من المواضيع التي احتلت حيزا كبيرا في علم النفس كما أنهم لقوا اهتماما بالغا من طرف باحثين و أخصائيين قصد الإدراك لمشكلات الأفراد على تحقيق الحل الملائم لمشكلاتهم التوافقية هدفت دراستنا السابقة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الذات و التوافق النفسي لدى عينة من تلاميذ سنة ثالثة ثانوي و التعرف على الفروق بين متوسطات درجات أفراد العينة في فعالية الذات و التوافق النفسي و التي يمكن أن تعزى إلى الجنس و الشعبة و قد بلغت عينة الدراسة 40 تلميذا و تلميذة و استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي كما قمنا بتطبيق مقياسين احدهما لقياس فعالية الذات من إعداد (RobertTipton&evertworthington1984) و عربه محمد السيد عبدا الرحمن و قام بتقنينه على البيئة الجزائرية )بشير معمرية (2012 و الأخر لقياس التوافق النفسي من إعداد )اجلال محمد سرى( و توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى : 1-مستوى فعالية الذات لدى تلاميذ سنة ثالثة ثانوي مرتفعة 2- مستوى التوافق النفسي لدى تلاميذ سنة ثالثة ثانوي مرتفع 3- توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين فاعلية الذات و التوافق النفسي لدى تلاميذ السنة الثالثة ثانوي. 4- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات تلاميذ السنة الثالثة ثانوي في مستوى فاعلية الذات تعزى لمتغير الجنس. 5- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات تلاميذ السنة الثالثة ثانوي في مستوى فاعلية الذات تعزى لمتغير الشعبة. 6- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات تلاميذ السنة الثالثة ثانوي في مستوى التوافق النفسي تعزى لمتغير الجنس . 7- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات تلاميذ السنة الثالثة ثانوي في مستوى التوافق النفسي تعزى لمتغير الشعبة .

في الختام من خلال دراستنا السابقة و النتائج التي توصلنا اليها يمكن ان نقدم بعض التوصيات و المقترحات منها : - إعطاء الإرشاد النفسي و التوجيه التربوي اهمية اكبر في الوسط التربوي . - الاهتمام بتلاميذ المرحلة النهائية كأفراد لهم مشاكلهم النفسية و ذلك بفهم الأمور التي تواجهه لتحقيق نجاحهم و التي أيضا يمكن ان تؤثر على مسارهم الدراسي فالنجاح يعتمد على مدى فاعلية التلميذ المرتبطة بحسن توافقه. - إجراء دراسات مشابهة على عينة التلاميذ المتفوقة و كذا المتأخرين - - CONCLUSION FR - La compatibilité psychologique et l'auto-efficacité sont parmi les sujets qui ont occupé une grande place en psychologie, et ils ont reçu une grande attention de la part des chercheurs et des spécialistes afin de comprendre les problèmes des individus afin de trouver la solution appropriée à leurs problèmes de compatibilité. - Notre étude précédente visait à révéler la relation entre l'auto-adaptation et l'adaptation psychologique chez un échantillon d'élèves de troisième année du secondaire et à identifier les différences entre les scores moyens des membres de l'échantillon en termes d'auto-efficacité et d'adaptation psychologique, qui peuvent être attribuées au sexe et à la division. L'échantillon de l'étude a atteint 40 étudiants Et une étudiante, et nous avons utilisé l'approche descriptive, et nous avons également appliqué deux échelles, dont l'une est de mesurer l'auto-efficacité, préparée par (RobertTipton & evertworthington1984) - Et c'était Araba Mohamed El-Sayed Abd al-Rahman et il l'a codifié sur l'environnement algérien (Bashir Maamaria (2012) et l'autre pour mesurer la compatibilité psychologique, préparé par (Al-Ajl Muhammad Serry) et les résultats de l'étude atteint : - 1- Le niveau d'auto-efficacité des élèves de 3e secondaire est élevé - 2- Le niveau d'adaptation psychologique des élèves de 3e secondaire est élevé - 3- Il existe une relation statistiquement significative entre l'auto-efficacité et l'adaptation psychologique chez les élèves de troisième année du secondaire. - 4- Il n'y a pas de différences statistiquement significatives entre les scores moyens des élèves de troisième année du secondaire dans le niveau d'auto-efficacité en raison de la variable genre. - 5- Il n'y a pas de différences statistiquement significatives entre les notes moyennes des élèves de troisième année du secondaire dans le niveau d'auto-efficacité en raison de la variable de division. - 6- Il n'y a pas de différences statistiquement significatives entre les scores moyens des élèves de troisième année du secondaire dans le niveau d'adaptation psychologique en raison de la variable genre. - 7- Il n'y a pas de différences statistiquement significatives entre les scores moyens des élèves de troisième année du secondaire dans le niveau d'ajustement psychologique en raison de la variable de division. - - En conclusion, à travers notre étude précédente et les résultats auxquels nous sommes parvenus, nous pouvons offrir quelques recommandations et suggestions, notamment : - Donner plus d'importance au conseil psychologique et à l'orientation scolaire dans l'environnement éducatif. - - Porter attention aux étudiants de dernière année en tant qu'individus avec leurs problèmes psychologiques en comprenant les problèmes auxquels ils sont confrontés pour réussir, ce qui peut également affecter leur cheminement scolaire.La réussite dépend de l'efficacité de l'étudiant liée à sa bonne compatibilité. - - Mener des études similaires sur un échantillon d'étudiants exceptionnels et en retard

- ABSTRACT ENG - THE Both Of psychological compatibility and self-efficacy are among the topics that occupied a large space in psychology, and they have received great attention from researchers and specialists in order to understand the problems of individuals in order to achieve the appropriate solution to their compatibility problems. - Our previous study aimed to reveal the relationship between self and psychological adjustment among a sample of third year secondary students and to identify the differences between the average scores of the sample members in self-efficacy and psychological adjustment, which can be attributed to gender and division. The study sample reached 40 students And a female student, and we used the descriptive approach.
