Abstract

ملخص الدراسة : هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن التدفق النفسي وجودة الحياة الاسرية لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط و الهدف الرئيسي لهذه الدراسة هو الكشف عن ما إذا كانت توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التدفق النفسي وجودة الحياة الاسرية لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط . - الكشف عن العلاقة بين التدفق النفسي وجودة الحياة الاسرية لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط. - تصميم مقياس (استمارة) يقيس التدفق النفسي ومقياس آخر يقيس جودة الحياة الاسرية لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط - تسمح الدراسة ببناء مقياس التدفق النفسي وجودة الحياة الاسرية لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط تستمد مصادره من الواقع الميداني لتعطي صورة أكثر واقعية عن الضغوط التي يعاني منها أساتذة التعليم المتوسط. و احتوت الدراسة الأساسية على أساتذة متوسطة هواري بومدين ببلدية البيرين في ولاية الجلفة في الموسم الدراسي 2020-2021 ، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من 26 أستاذا وقد تم اختيارها على أساس العينة العشوائية وعينة الدراسة الاستطلاعية على 10 أساتذة تم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة العشوائية البسيطة من مجتمع الدراسة الكلي، واعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كونه يهتم بوصف ما هو كائن والذي يشمل وصفاً دقيقاً للظاهرة الحالية وتركيبها وعملياتها والظروف السائدة. وتم طرح التساؤلات التالية: ما مستوى التدفق النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط؟ 1. ما مستوى جودة الحياة الاسرية لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط؟ 2. هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في مستوى التدفق النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط تعزى لمتغير الجنس (ذكر-أنثى)؟ تعزى لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية متزوج أعزب ؟ تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة في التدريس؟ 3. هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في مستوى جودة الحياة الاسرية لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط تعزى لمتغير الجنس (ذكر-أنثى) ؟ تعزى لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية متزوج أعزب ؟ تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة في التدريس؟ الكلمات المفتاحية : التدفق النفسي - جودة الحياة الاسرية - أساتذة التعليم المتوسط

Study summary: The current study aimed to reveal the psychological flow and the quality of family life among the teachers of intermediate education and the main objective of this study is to reveal whether there is a correlation with a statistical significance between the psychological flow and the quality of family life among the teachers of intermediate education. - Revealing the relationship between psychological flow and the quality of family life among middle school teachers. - Designing a scale (a form) that measures psychological flow and another scale that measures the quality of family life for teachers of intermediate education - The study allows building a measure of psychological flow and the quality of family life for teachers of intermediate education, whose sources are derived from the field reality to give a more realistic picture of the pressures experienced by teachers of intermediate education. And the basic study contained middle school teachers, Houari Boumediene, in the municipality of Al-Baireen in the state of Djelfa in the academic season 2020-2021, where the study sample consisted of 26 professors, which were selected on the basis of the random sample, and the pilot study sample consisted of 10 professors who were chosen by a simple random sample method from the study population We relied on the descriptive-analytical approach, as it is concerned with describing what is, which includes an accurate description of the current phenomenon, its composition, processes and prevailing conditions. The following questions were raised: What is the level of psychological flow among middle school teachers? 1. What is the level of family quality of life for teachers of intermediate education? 2. Are there statistically significant differences in the level of psychological flow among teachers of intermediate education due to the gender variable (male-female)? Résumé de l'étude : La présente étude visait à révéler le flux psychologique et la qualité de vie familiale chez les enseignants de l'enseignement intermédiaire et l'objectif principal de cette étude est de révéler s'il existe une corrélation avec une signification statistique entre le flux psychologique et la qualité de vie familiale. parmi les enseignants de l'enseignement intermédiaire. - Révéler la relation entre flux psychologique et qualité de vie familiale chez les enseignants du collège. - Concevoir une échelle (un formulaire) qui mesure le flux psychologique et une autre échelle qui mesure la qualité de vie familiale pour les enseignants de l'enseignement intermédiaire - L'étude permet de construire une mesure du flux psychologique et de la qualité de vie familiale des enseignants du secondaire, dont les sources sont tirées de la réalité du terrain pour donner une image plus réaliste des pressions subies par les enseignants du secondaire.
