المسار المهني وعلاقته بالاغتراب الوظيفي

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين المسار المهني والشعور بالاغتراب الوظيفي، لدى عمال وموظفي القطاع الفلاحي (دراسة ميدانية في المعهد التكنولوجي المتوسط الفلاحي المتخصص) بالجلفة، حيث تكونت الدراسة من (60) عاملا، (30) ذكور و (30) إناث، واعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي على اعتبار أنه أقرب المناهج الموافقة لطبيعة الدراسة، أما أدوات الدراسة فقد اعتمدنا على الإستبانة التي تضمنت جزئين: جزء للبيانات الشخصية وجزء لمتغيرات الدراسة وأبعادهم. ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها نجد: مستوى الشعور بالاغتراب الوظيفي منخفض، أما مستوى المسار المهني مرتفع، وأظهرت النتائج أنه لاتوجد فروق في مستوى المسار المهني والاغتراب الوظيفي تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، ولا توجد فروق في الشعور بالاغتراب تعزى لمتغير الخبرة المهنية، أما المسار المهني فتوجد فروق تعزي لمتغير الخبرة المهنية، وفي الأخير توصلنا إلى وجود علاقة بين المسار المهني والاغتراب الوظيفي. الكلمات المفتاحية: المسار المهني ، الاغتراب الوظيفي.

This study led to the identification of the relationship between career path and career aliennation, Workers and employees of the agricultural sector(A field study at the Specialized Agricultural Intermediate Technological Institute of Djelfa), Where the study consisted of 60 workers, 30 males and 30 females, In this study we relied on the descriptive method is considered to be the closest method to the nature of the study,As for the study tools, we relied on a questionnaire that included two parts : Part personal data and part for study variables and their dimensions. Among the most important results obtained, we find : Low level of alienation, As for the level of the career path, It is high, The results showed that There were no differences in the level of career path and job alienation due to the educational qualification variable, There are no differences in the feeling of job alienation due to the variable of professional experience, As for the professional track, There are differences due to the variable of professional experience Finally,we concluded that There is a relationship between career path and career alienation.
