دور مستشار التوجيه في الحد من ظاهرة التسرب المدرسي

Abstract

ملخص الدارسة: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الخدمات الإرشادية في الخفض من ظاهرة التسرب المدرسي لدى تلاميذ السنةالثالثة ثانوي، وكان التساؤل الأول للدراسة ينص عن: هل للخدمات الإرشادية دور ايجابي في الخفض من ظاهرة التسرب من وجهة نظر التلاميذ، وهل يختلف دور الخدمات الإرشادية في الخفض من ظاهرة التسرب المدرسي باختلاف الجنس والتخصص؟ وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي في الدراسة، كما تم تصميم أداة لقياس ذلك، وبعد التأكد من صدق وثبات الأداة، تم تطبيقها على عينة قدرت 120تلميذ وتلميذة من التعليم الثانوي ببعض الثانويات مدينة الجلفة اختيرت العينة بطريقة قصدية وتمت معالجة البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام برنامج spss)) وتم التوصل الى النتائج الآتية: * للخدمات الإرشادية دور ايجابي في الخفض من ظاهرة التسرب المدرسي لدى تلاميذ السنة الثالثة ثانوي. * لا تختلف الخدمات في الخفض من ظاهرة التسرب المدرسي باختلاف الجنس (ذكر، إناث.) * تختلف الخدمات الإرشادية في الخفض من ظاهرة التسرب المدرسي باختلاف التخصص (علمي أدبي.) كما نوقشت النتائج في ضوء دراسات سابقة والجانب النظري وانتهت ببعض الاقتراحات.

Study summary : The study aimed to identify the role of counseling services in reducing the phenomenon of school dropout among students of the third year of secondary school. The exploratory descriptive approach was used in the study, and a tool was designed to measure it, and after verifying the validity and reliability of the tool, it was applied to a sample of 120 male and female students from secondary education in some high schools in the city of Djelfa. The following results were obtained: * Guidance services have a positive role in reducing the phenomenon of school dropout among third year secondary students. * Services do not differ in reducing the phenomenon of school dropout according to gender (male, female.) * Guidance services differ in reducing the phenomenon of school dropout according to the specialization (scientific and literary.) The results were also discussed in the light of previous studies and the theoretical side, and ended with some suggestions.
