الصلابة النفسية وقلق المستقبل لدى مرضى السيلياك

Abstract

الملخص : هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مستوى كل من الصلابة النفسية و قلق المستقبل و تحديد العلاقة بينهما لدى عينة من مرضى السيلياك ، تمت الدراسة باستعمال المنهج العيادي المتمثل في دراسة الحالة، والمنهج الوصفي على عينة تتكون من 7 حالات من مرضى السيلياك اختيروا بطريقة غير عشوائية قصدية . اعتمدت الطالبة في الدراسة الحالية على الأدوات التالية : المقابلة نصف الموجهة ، تم إعداد دليلها من قبل الطالبة ، مقياس الصلابة النفسية لعماد مخيمر (2002) المكيف على البيئة الجزائرية من طرف بشير معمرية ( 2011 ) ، ومقياس قلق المستقبل لزينب محمود شقير (2005) تمت المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات باستعمال حزمة البرنامج الإحصائي في العلوم الإجتماعية spss28 ، باستعمال الأساليب الإحصائية المتمثلة في المتوسط الحسابي الانحراف المعياري ، اختبار ولكوكسون للعينة الواحدة (Wilcoxon). ، ومعامل الارتباط سبيرمان . وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية : - يتميز مرضى السيلياك بمستوى الصلابة النفسية مرتفع . - يتميز مرضى السيلياك بمستوى قلق المستقبل منخفض . - توجد علاقة ارتباطية عكسية دالة بين الصلابة النفسية و قلق المستقبل لدى مرضى السيلياك . الكلمات المفتاحية : الصـلابـة اـنـفــسـيـة ، قــلـق المـسـتـقـبـل ، مـــرض السـيـلـيـاك .

Abstract : The current study aims to find out the level of psychological hardiness and future anxiety and to determine the relationship between them in a sample of Celiac patients . The study was carried out using the clinical approach The study of the case and the Descriptive method . On a sample consisting of 7 cases of celiac patients they were tested in a non-randomized purposive manner . In the current study , the student relied on the following tools : the semi guided interview , and its guide was prepared by the student , the scale of psychological hardiness by Imad Mukhaimer (2002) , adapted to the Algerian environment by Bashir Maamria (2011) , and the scale of future anxiety by Zainab Mahmoud Shagir (2005) , and the statistical treatment of the data was done . Using the statistical software package in social sciences spss 28 using the statistical methods represented in the arithmetic mean standard deviation , Wilcoxon test for one sample and Spearman correlation coefficient . The study reached the following results : . Celiac patients have a high level of psychological hardness . . Celiac patients have a low level of future anxienty . . There is a significant inverse correlation between psychological hardiness and future anxiety among patients Celiac . Key words : Psychological hardness , future anxiety , Celiac disease .
