سياسة سعر الصرف و أثرها على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر و بعض الدول النامية خلال الفترة 1990 - 2020

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى قياس أثر سعر الصرف الرسمي على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر وبعض الدول النامية خلال الفترة 1990 – 2020، ولتحقيق هدف هذه الدراسة تطرقنا للجانب النظري لكل من سعر الصرف والنمو الاقتصادي والعلاقة النظرية بينهما، كما قمنا بتحليل تطور سعر الصرف والنمو الاقتصادي في دول العينة خلال فترة الدراسة، أما في الجانب التطبيقي فقد تم الاستعانة بالتحليل العاملي بواسطة التحليل بالمركبات الأساسية ACP لوصف العلاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة التفسيرية والمتغير التابع المتمثل في النمو الاقتصادي، كما تم الاعتماد على معطيات بانل التي تمزج بين السلاسل الزمنية وبيانات المقاطع العرضية، حيث توصلنا إلى أن النموذج الأنسب لبيانات عينة الدراسة هو نموذج الأثر الفردي العشوائي، وعند تقدير هذا النموذج بطريقة المربعات الصغرى اتضح أنه مقبول اقتصاديا وغير مقبول قياسيا بسبب وجود ارتباط ذاتي للأخطاء، ولمعالجة هذا المشكل قمنا بدراسة إستقرارية السلاسل وتقدير العلاقة على المدى الطويل والقصير باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة ARDL.

This research aims to measure the impact of the official exchange rate on economic growth in Algeria and some developing countries during the period 1990 – 2020, in order to achieve the aim of this study we touched on the theoretical aspect of each of the exchange rate and economic growth and the theoretical relationship between them, we also analyzed the developement of the exchange rate and economic growth in the sample countries during the study period, as for the applied side, the factor analysis was used by the basic component analysis (ACP) to discribe the relationship between the explanatory variables of the study and the dependent variable of economic growth, we also relied on panel data that mixes time series and cross – sectional data, as we concluded that the most appropriate model for the data of the study sample is the random individual effect model, when estimating this model using the least squares method, it turned out to be economically acceptable and not standardly acceptable due to the presence of self – correlation of error, to address this problem, we studied the stability of the chains and estimated the relationship in the long and short terms using the autoregressive distributed time gaps model (ARDL).

Cette recherche vise à mesurer l’impact du taux de change officiel sur la croissance économique an Algérie et dans certains pays en développement au cours de la période 1990 – 2020, nous avons également analysé l’évolution du taux de change et de la croissance économique dans les pays de l’échantillon au cours de la période d’étude. Du coté appliqué, l’analyse factorielle a été utilisée par l’analyse en composantes de base (ACP) pour décrire la relation entre les variables de l’étude explicative el la variable dépendante de la croissance économique, nous sommes également appuyés sur des données de panel et mélangent des séries chronologiques et des données transversales, ou nous avons conclu que le modèle le plus approprié pour les données de l’échantillon d’étude est le modèle à effets individuels aléatoires. S’est avéré économiquement acceptable en raison de la présence d’une auto-corrélation des erreurs et pour résoudre ce problème, nous avons étudié la stabilité des chaines et estimé la relation a long et a court terme, en utilisant le modèle d’intervalle de temps distribué autorégressif (ARDL).
