تقييم الأداء المالي للمؤسسات الاقتصادية من المنظور التشغيلي لتوجهات الاستراتيجية : دراسة حالة

Abstract

تسعى المؤسسات الاقتصاد إلى مواكبة كل التغيرات التي تحدث على مستوى البيئة المحيطة بها و اجراء تغيرات على السياسات والاستراتيجيات المتبعة لما لها من أهمية لاستمرارية المؤسسة وتطورها، حيث يعتبر الأداء المالي للمؤسسات الاقتصادية من أهم الجوانب التي تسعى المؤسسة إلى متابعته وتطويره بما يخدم أهداف المؤسسة، وذلك من خلال ایجاد خطط استراتيجية تساعدها ، حيث يهدف هذا البحث الاجابة على الاشكالية التالية: كيف يمكن تقيم الاداء المالي للمؤسسات الاقتصادية في ظل التوجهات الاستراتيجية؟. - ولقد خلصت هذه الدراسة الا نتيجة اساسية مفادها أنه يجب التنويع في الاعتماد على أدوات تقييم الأداء المالي اي الأدوات التقليدية والحديثة وذلك من أجل تمكينهم من معرفه الوضعية المالية للمؤسسة والاطلاع على مدى فعالية السياسات المالية المتبعة لبناء خطط استراتيجية مثلى تخدم أهداف المؤسسة.

This studyconcluded the main result that it is necessary to diversify the reliance on financial performance evaluation tools, that is, traditional and modern tools, in order to enable them to know the financial position of the institution and see the effectiveness of the financial policies used to build optimal strategic plans that serve the goals of the institution;

La performance financière des institutions économiques est l'un des aspects les plus importants que l'institution cherche à suivre et à développer afin de servir les objectifs de l'institution, en trouvant des plans stratégiques pour l'aider, car cette recherche vise à répondre aux problèmes suivants: Comment évaluer la performance financière des institutions économiques à la lumière des orientations stratégiques? les. Cette étude n'a conclu qu'une conclusion de base selon laquelle il est nécessaire de diversifier en s'appuyant sur des outils d'évaluation de la performance financière, c'est-à-dire des outils traditionnels et modernes, afin de leur permettre de connaître la situation financière de l'institution et de voir l'efficacité des politiques financières suivies pour construire des plans stratégiques optimaux qui servent les objectifs de l'institution.
