الكفايات التدريسية لاساتذة التعليم الابتدائي و علاقتها بجودة ادائهم التدريسي في ظل المقاربة بالكفاءات

Abstract

أجريت هذه الدراسة بهدف التعرف على الكفايات التدريسية لأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي وعلاقتها بجودة الأداء التدريسي لهم في ظل المقاربة بالكفاءات عند عينة من أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي ببلدية ( حاسي بحبح ) ، وقد قامت الباحثة بتطبيق مقياس الكفايات التدريسية من إعداد بن شويطة بلقاسم (2014) المكون من (49) فقرة ومقياس جودة الأداء التدريسي من إعداد أحمد بن بركوت بن عبد الله الناشري (2014) والمكون من (55) فقرة، وذلك لمعرفة مستوى كل من الكفايات التدريسية وجودة الأداء التدريسي عند أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي إضافة إلى معرفة الفروق وفقا لمتغيرات الجنس ( ذكر، إناث ) السن و المؤهل العلمي ( ماستر – ليسانس) والرتبة ( أستاذ تعليم ابتدائي – أستاذ رئيسي – أستاذ مكون ) والخبرة ، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (170) أستاذ وأستاذة، مستخدمة المنهج الوصفي ، وباستعمال الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية تم التأكد من صدق وثبات الأدوات : وكانت فرضيات الدراسة كالآتي : 1 - مستوى الكفايات التدريسية لأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي في ظل المقاربة بالكفاءات متوسط . 2 - توجد فروق في الكفايات التدريسية لأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي تبعا لمتغير (الجنس ، السن ، المؤهل العلمي ، الرتبة ، الخبرة ) 3 – مستوى جودة الأداء التدريسي لأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي في ظل المقاربة بالكفاءات متوسط . 4 – توجد فروق في جودة الأداء التدريسي لأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي (الجنس ، السن ، المؤهل العلمي ، الرتبة ، الخبرة ) 5─ توجد علاقة ارتباطيه بين الكفايات التدريسية لأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي وجودة الأداء التدريسي لهم . وقد خلصت النتائج إلى : 1– مستوى الكفايات التدريسية لأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي في ظل المقاربة بالكفاءات متوسط . 2- توجد فروق في الكفايات التدريسية لأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي تبعا لمتغير السن. 3 - لا توجد فروق في الكفايات التدريسية لأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي تبعا لمتغير (الجنس ، المؤهل العلمي ، الرتبة ، الخبرة ). 4- مستوى جودة الأداء التدريسي لأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي في ظل المقاربة بالكفاءات متوسط . 5- لا توجد فروق في جودة الأداء التدريسي لأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي تبعا لمتغير (الجنس ، المؤهل العلمي ، الرتبة ، الخبرة ). 6- توجد علاقة ارتباطيه موجبة بين الكفايات التدريسية لأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي و جودة الأداء التدريسي لهم ..

Study of summuary This survey was in orber to identify the academic competencies of teachers of primary schools and its relasion to the quality of teaching performance in the appoarch of competence in a smpleof education teachers ( in hassi bahbah ) the research applied the measure of teaching competencies was prepared by benchouita bellkacem (2014) which hs consisting (49) paragraphs the quality meassure of the teaching performance of the preparation was prepared by ben barakout abdellah Enacheri (2014) and consisting (55) paragraphs. For knowing the level all teaching com potencies and the quality of teaching performance of teachers of primary education moreover to know the differences according to gender variables (male – female ) age and the scientific qualification (master-bachelor s degee ) and ranck ( professor component professor of primary education -master professor ) and the experience the study sample consisted of 170 professors (male –female ) using the descriptive method and the using statistical package of social sciences them make sure the validity and stability of the tools and the hypotheses of the stady as follows . 1-level of teaching competencies of teacher of primary education in the approach of competencies is average 2-there are differces in the teaching competencies of teachers of primary education for variable ( male – female ) scientific qualification -rank -experience . 3- the quality of teaching performance of primary education teachers in the approach of ompetencies is average 4- there are differces in the quality of teaching performance of primary education teachers depending ( sex – Age –scientific qualification –rank – experience ) 5- there is correlation between the teaching competencies of primary education teachers and the quality of their teaching performance the result concluded. 1- level of teaching competencies teachers of primary education under the approach of competencies is average 2- there are differces in the approach teaching for teacher of primary education depending on the variable of Age . 3- the quality of teaching performance of primary education teachers in the appoach of competencies is average. 4- level of teaching competencies for teachers of primary education in the approach of quality of teaching is average . 5- there are no difference in the quality of performance of teaching f or teachers of primary education for variable ( male – female) scientific qualification –rank – experience . 6-there is a positive correlation between approach teaching for teachers of primary education and the quality of their teaching performance .
