Abstract:
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة دور مستشار التوجيه المدرسي والمهني في تنمية تقدير الذاتي لدى تلاميذ الثانوية وقد اعتمدت الطالبتين على المنهج التجريبي تصميم المجموعة الواحدة حيث تم اختيار قسم ثالثة أدأب وفلسفة بثانوية الشيخ النعيم النعيمي ، والمتكون من 32 تلميذ وتلميذة .
هذا وطبقت الطالبتين الاستبيان القبلي لتقدير الذات من إعداد كوبر سميث والمقنن على البيئة الجزائرية من طرف الباحث بشير معمرية ، وكان ذلك في أوائل شهر جانفي سنة 2017 ، وبعدها تم الاعتماد على البرنامج السنوي للمستشار والمتضمن على حصص إعلامية استهدفت تنمية تقدير الذات والثقة بالنفس ، بالإضافة إلى المقابلات الفردية والجماعية ، ثم أعيد تطبيق الاستبيان البعدي لتقدير الذات وكان ذلك في أواخر شهر افريل من نفس السنة ، وقد تمت المعالجة الإحصائية للنتائج بواسطة اختيار ( ت) لدلالة الفروق بين المتوسطات وقد تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية :
1- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين القياس القبلي والقياس البعدي في تقدير الذات لدى تلاميذ العينة تعزى لبرنامج السنوي مستشار التوجيه .
2- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في القياس البعدي لدى تلاميذ العينة في تقدير الذات بين الإناث والذكور .
3- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في القياس البعدي لدى تلاميذ العينة بين المعيدين والغير معيدين.
Study Summary:
The present study aimed at identifying the role of the school guidance counselorand vocational in the development of self-esteem among the secondary students.The students adopted the experimental approach to the design of the single group. The department was chosen as athirdliterature and philosophy in the high school of Sheikh Naim Al-Naimi ,Consisting of 32 pupils and students.
The students applied the tribal questionnaires for self-assessment by Cooper Messier and the Algerian Environment Institute by the researcher Bashir Mamamriya.This was applied in early January 2017, and was based on the annual program of the consultant, which included information sessions aimed at the development of self-esteem and self-confidence, in addition to Individual and group interviews. The post-self-evaluation questionnaire was re-applied in late April of the same year. The statistical analysis of the resultswas carried out by means of T-test to indicate differences between the averages. The following results were obtained:
1- There are no statistically significant differences between the pre-measurement and post-measurement in the self-esteem of the sample students due to the annual guidance counselor program.
2- There are no statistically significant differences in the post - measurement of the sample students in the self - esteem between females and males.
3- There are no statistically significant differences in post - measurement among students in the sample between assistants and not assistants .
