الضغط النفسي لدى مرضى السرطان و تأثيره على العلاج

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى كشف عن الضغط النفسي وتأثيره على العلاج الكيميائي لدى مرضى السرطان، والتي أدرج من خلالها التساؤل التالي: -هل يؤثر الضغط النفسي لدى مرضى سرطان على العلاج الكيمائي؟ وللإجابة على التساؤل قمنا بصياغة الفرضيات التالية: يؤثر الضغط النفسي لدي مرضي سرطان على العلاج الكيمائي وتتفرع هذه الفرضية الى: - يوجد علاقة بين الجانب النفسي لدى المريض والعلاج الكيمائي- توجد فروق في مستوي الضغط النفسي لدي مرض السرطان تعزي إلي متغير الجنس - - توجد فروق في مستوي الضغط النفسي لدي مرض سرطان تعزي إلي متغير السنوكانت عينة الدراسة مكونة من 30مريضا بسرطان من اناث وذكور وكان سنهم يتراوح ما بين 20 الى 74سنة وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي باعتباره المناسب لهذه الدراسة وما تطلبه طبيعة الموضوع اما أدوات الدراسة فقد اعتمدنا على مقياسين هما: مقياس الضغط النفسي. مقياس العلاج من مرض السرطان وقد توصلنا الى النتائج التالية: - وجود علاقة ارتباطيه دالة إحصائيا بين الضغط النفسي والعلاج الكيميائي لدى مرضى السرطان. - أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا فيما يخص متغير الضغط النفسي تعزى إلى متغير الجنس. - كما بينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى الضغط النفسي تغزى لمتغير السن.

The current study aimed to reveal psychological stress and its effect on chemotherapy in cancer patients, through which the following question was included:

Does psychological stress in cancer patients affect chemotherapy? To answer the question, we formulated the following hypotheses: Psychological stress in cancer patients affects chemotherapy This hypothesis is divided into: -There is a relationship between the psychological aspect of the patient and chemotherapy -There are differences in the level of psychological stress among cancer patients due to the gender variable There are differences in the level of psychological stress among cancer patients due to the age variable The study sample consisted of 30 male and female cancer patients, their age ranged from 20 to 74 years The descriptive approach was used as it is appropriate for this study and what the nature of the subject requires As for the study tools, we relied on two scales:

Psychometric pressure gauge. Cancer treatment scale We reached the following results: -There is a statistically significant correlation between psychological stress and chemotherapy in cancer patients.

- The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences regarding the psychological stress variable due to the gender variable at the significance level of 0.01, and then it can be said that cancer patients have an equal level of psychological stress for both sexes. - The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological stress due to the age variable.
