الجلد النفسي و علاقته بالإتزان الانفعالي لدى عينة من عمال البلدية

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الجلد النفسي والإتزان الإنفعالي،و الكشف عن مستوى كل منهما، ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة اعتمد الطالبينعلى المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي، لأنه الأنسب للدراسة، كما تم الإعتماد على مجموعة من الأدوات التي طبقت على البيئة الجزائرية، وتتمثل في مقياس الجلد النفسي من إعداد كونور ودافيدسون، ومقياس الإتزان الإنفعالي من إعداد حسين عبد الحميد عيسى، وتم تطبيق الدراسة الأساسية على عينة قوامها (62) عامل في البلدية بدائرة عين وسارة أختيرت بطريقة عشوائية، وتمت معالجة البايانات التي تحصل عليها الطالبين ببرنامج spss28،بالإضافة الى استعمال الباحثين عدة أساليب إحصائية، كالمتوسط الحسابي والإنحراف المعياري،إختبار(T)، معامل الإرتباط بيرسون،ولقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنه :  توجد علاقة إرتباطية بين الجلد النفسي، والإتزان الإنفعالي لدى عمال البلدية.  مستوى الجلد النفسي لدى عمال البلدية مرتفع.  مستوى الإتزان الإنفعالي لدى عمال البلدية متوسط. الكلمات المفتاحية: الجلد النفسي، الإتزان الإنفعالي، عمال البلدية.

Abstract: The current study aims to reveal the relationship between psychological resiliance and emotional balance and to reveal the level of both variables, and to achieve the objectives of this study, researchers relied on the correlative descriptive approach Because it is the most appropriate for the study , a set of tools applied to the Algerian environment has also been relied uponPsychological resiliance scale prepared by Conor and Davidson, and the Emotional Balance Scale prepared by Hussein Abdul Hamid Issa, The study sample consists ( 62 ) municipal workers in Ain Oussera city were randomly selected, and the data obtained by the researchers were processed with a spss28 programme, in addition to the researchers using several statistical methods, such as arithmetic average and standard deviation, (T) test, Pearson correlation coefficient,. The results of the study are as follows:  There is a correlation between psychological resiliance and emotional balance among municipal workers.  The level of psychological resiliance of municipal workers is high.  The level of emotional balance of municipal workers is average.  Keywords: Psychological resiliance, emotional balance, municipal workers
