Abstract

تعتبر القبيلة بنية اجتماعية راسخة في القدم لها تأثيراتها المختلفة على كل المجالات الحياتية، حيث تظهر من حين لآخر كعامل محرك للأحداث والمواقف وصانعة للولاءات والانتماءات، وحين تكون في حالتها العادية فإن تأثيرها لا يزول بل يتجدد وينبعث من فترة لأخرى كنموذج تاريخي يكاد يعطينا قانونا في تفسير وتحليل العديد من الظواهر الاجتماعية والسياسية والفكرية. فالقبيلة ضاربة في أعماق التاريخ العربي، واستطاعت أن تستوعب المتغيرات، وأن تتعايش مع الظروف التي فرضتها عملية التحديث التي قام بها الاستعمار والدولة الوطنية بعده، فلم تتوقف عن إظهار حيويتها سواء في قلب الدولة أو الضواحي وفي الأرياف أو المدن، وفي الأحزاب والجيوش والإدارات العمومية، لإعادة إنتاجها للتأكيد على حداثتها وعصريتها أكثر من مظهر بقاء تقليدي.
