Abstract: At the beginning of the twentieth century, Algeria witnessed several conditions, including political, economic, social and cultural, and from these circumstances the role of the political struggle emerged, so elites and currents emerged, some of which called for equality, while others called for naturalization and integration, and some defended religion, the homeland and the Arabic language, and within The French authorities put forward a set of reform projects, including the reforms of February 1919, Plum Violet 1936, and the Private Law 1947. However, these projects served the Algerians in form, not in content. It remained only ink on paper, and they were all rejected by the Algerians and the leaders of the national movement. After all this, the elections of 1947 appeared, after which the Special Organization was formed. Most of its members were among the implementers of the Tahririyah Revolution. It was discovered in 1950, and the reasons for its discovery remain a mystery.
