Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: شرعنا في دراستنا والتي هي تحت عنوان واقع التوجيه المدرسي والمهني في ظل المقاربة بالكفاءات، قمنا من خلاله بدراسة ميدانية بمركز التوجيه المدرسي - بالجلفة -، وقد تبينت لنا فروض الدراسة إسهام الحصص الإعلامية التي يقوم بها المستشار في التوجيه المناسب لتلاميذ في ظل المقاربة بالكفاءة، وكذلك معايير التوجيه للشعب المختلفة ترفع من الكفاءات الاجتماعية للتلاميذ في ظل المقاربة بالكفاءة، وتقييم النتائج الفصلية يساهم في تحقيق التحصيل المعرفي المناسب لتلاميذ في ظل المقاربة بالكفاءة، وكانت أهداف الدراسة - معرفة إسهام التوجيه المدرسي في تحقيق أهداف المقاربة بالكفاءة. - التعرف على المهام التي يقوم بها مستشار التوجيه في ظل الإصلاحات داخل المنظومة التربوية. - معرفة الكفاءات الاجتماعية وكذلك التحصيل المعرفي في ظل المقاربة بالكفاءة. - معرفة التوجيه المناسب لدى التلاميذ من خلال الفروق الفردية في ظل المقاربة. أما نتائج الدراسة حققت الفرضيات الدراسة النظرية.Abstract: We started our study, which is under the title of the reality of vocational and vocational guidance in light of the competency approach, through which we conducted a field study at the school guidance center in Djelfa. The study hypotheses revealed the contribution of the media lessons of the counselor in the appropriate guidance for students in the light of the approach efficiently. The guidance criteria for different people raise the social competencies of students under the approach of efficiency, and evaluation of the quarterly results contribute to achieve the appropriate cognitive achievement for students under the approach of competence, and the objectives of the study - Knowing the contribution of school guidance in achieving the goals of the approach efficiently. - Identify the tasks carried out by the guidance counselor under the reforms within the educational system. - Knowledge of social competencies as well as cognitive achievement under the approach of competence. - Know the appropriate guidance for students through individual differences under the approach. The results of the study achieved theoretical hypotheses.
