دور الإتصال الرقمي في تحسين العلاقة بين المدرسة وأولياء الأمور

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية للكشف عن دور الاتصال الرقمي في تحسين العلاقة بين المدرسة وأولياء الأمور-دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الأسر بمدينة الجلفة- وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لكونه أحد أكثر المناهج توظيفا في تقصي الظواهر الاجتماعية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة فقد تم تصميم استبيان وزع على 40 أسرة، إضافة لأداة المقابلة والتي وتم توجيهها إلى 10 أساتذة من التعليم الابتدائي. توصلت الدراسة للنتائج التالية: يؤثر تفويض السلطة بشكل ايجابي في قدرات الموظفين فيما يتعلق باستغلال الموارد المتاحة. يؤثر تفويض السلطة تأثير ايجابيا في مهارات الموظفين المتعلقة بتنظيم وإدارة الوقت بالجامعة. ▪ يؤدي الاتصال الرقمي إلى زيادة مستوى التفاعل والتواصل بين المدرسة وأولياء الأمور، وبالتالي تحسين الثقة والتفاهم بينهما. ▪ يؤدي الاتصال الرقمي دوراً مهماً في تسهيل عملية تبادل المعلومات والدعم بين المدرسة وأولياء الأمور. ▪ تشجّع عملية الاتصال الرقمي على مشاركة أولياء الأمور بشكل أكبر في العملية التعليمية، من خلال حضور الفعاليات والمشاركة في النشاطات المدرسية. وفي الأخير خلصت الدراسة إلى أن هنالك دور إيجابي لعملية الاتصال الرقمي في تحسين العلاقة بين المدرسة وأولياء الأمور.

Abstract:

The current study aimed to reveal the role of digital communication in improving the relationship between the school and parents - a field study on a sample of families in the city of Djelfa - and the descriptive method was used because it is one of the most widely used methods in investigating social phenomena. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to 40 students. family, in addition to the interview tool, which was directed to 10 teachers of primary education. The study reached the following results: ▪ Delegation of authority positively affects employees' abilities to exploit available resources. Delegation of authority has a positive impact on employees’ skills related to organizing and managing time at the university. ▪ Digital communication increases the level of interaction and communication between the school and parents, thus improving trust and understanding between them. ▪ Digital communication plays an important role in facilitating the exchange of information and support between the school and parents. ▪ The digital communication process encourages parents to participate more in the educational process, by attending events and participating in school activities. ▪ Finally, the study concluded that there is a positive role for the digital communication process in improving the relationship between the school and parents.
