الفروق في المناعة النفسية وجودة الحياة لدى عينة من اساتذة التعليم الابتدائي والمتوسط

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الفروق في المناعة النفسية وجودة الحياة لدى عينة من اساتذة التعليم الابتدائي والمتوسط، إضافة الى معرفة مستوى المناعة النفسية ومستوى جودة الحياة لدى افراد عينة الدراسة (متوسط -ابتدائي). ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم الاعتماد المنهج الوصفي المقارن واستخدام مقياس يعود للسفاسفة والسيد (2020)، والذي طور من خلال بعض المقاييس الأخرى، ومقياس "صالح فؤاد محمد الشعراوي" لجودة الحياة. طبقت الدراسة على عينة قصدية مكونة من (68) أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي بمدرسة جواف محمد، ابتدائية لباز السعيد، ابتدائية زناتي مخلط وأساتذة التعليم المتوسط بكل من متوسطة حاشي معمر ومتوسطة 18 فبراير بمدينة الجلفة، وقد خلصت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية: • أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي وأساتذة التعليم المتوسط في مستوى المناعة النفسية لديهم. • لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي وأساتذة التعليم المتوسط في مستوى جودة الحياة. • مستوى المناعة النفسية لدى أفراد العينة منخفض. • مستوى جودة الحياة لدى أفراد العينة مرتفع. الكلمات المفتاحية: المناعة النفسية- جودة الحياة- أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي- أساتذة التعليم المتوسط.

This study aimed to identify the differences in psychological immunity and quality of life among a sample of elementary and middle school teachers, in addition to determining the levels of psychological immunity and quality of life among the study sample members (elementary - middle school). To achieve the study's objectives, the comparative descriptive method was adopted, using a scale developed by Safasfa and Sayed (2020), which was based on some other scales, and the "Saleh Fouad Mohammed Al-Sharawi" scale for quality of life. The study was applied to a purposive sample consisting of 68 teachers: elementary school teachers from Jawaf Mohammed School, Baz Saeed Elementary School, Zenati Mikhlat Elementary School, and middle school teachers from Hashi Muammar Middle School and 18th February Middle School in the city of Djelfa. The study concluded with the following results: • There are no statistically significant differences between elementary and middle school teachers in their level of psychological immunity. • There are no statistically significant differences between elementary and middle school teachers in their level of quality of life. • The level of psychological immunity among the sample members is low. • The quality of life level among the teachers in the sample is high.
