العمل النقابي وعلاقته بالرضا الوظيفي دراسة لحالة مؤسسة الديوان الوطني للتطهير وحدة الجلفة

Abstract

ان هذه الدراسة المعنونة بـ: علاقة العمل النقابي بالرضا الوظيفي (دراسة حالة مؤسسة الديوان الوطني للتطهيروحدة الجلفة)و تهدف الى دراسة العلاقة الارتباطية بين المتغير المستقبل (العمل النقابي) والمتغير التايع (الرضا الوظيفي) لعمال المؤسسة حيث اعتمدت المنهج الوصفي لدراسة العينة التي شملت 37 عاملا وعاملة ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة تم استخدام الملاحظة والاستمارة لجمع معلومات العينة وفي ضوء ذلك جرى تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الاحصائية في العلوم الاجتماعية spss وحساب معامل الارتباط كا2 وتوصلت الدراسة الى انه توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة احصائية بين العمل النقابي والرضا الوظيفي للعينة المدروسة الكلمات المفتاحية: العمل النقابي. الرضا الوظيفي، الدوري المادي للعمل النقابي، الدور الاجتماعي للعمل النقابي، الرضا المادي للعمال، الرضا الاجتماعي للعمال. This study, entitled The Relationship of Union Work to Job Satisfaction, is a case study of the National Bureau of Disinfection Institution, as it aims to study the correlation between the future variable, union work, and the subsequent variable, job satisfaction for the workers of the National Bureau of Disinfection Institution, Djelfa unit, where it adopted the descriptive approach to study the sample that included 37 male and female workers and to achieve the objectives of The study used observation and a questionnaire to collect sample information. In light of this, the data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program and the correlation coefficient K2 was calculated. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant correlation between union work and job satisfaction for the sample studied.
