الضغوط المهنية وعلاقتها بدافعية الانجاز

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الضغط المهني والدافعية للإنجاز و الكشف عن مستوى كل منهما، ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة اعتمد الطالبين على المنهج الوصفي ، لأنه الأنسب للدراسة، كما تم الاعتماد على مجموعة من الأدوات التي طبقت على البيئة الجزائرية، وتتمثل في مقياس الضغط المهني، وكقياس الدافعية للإنجاز، وتم تطبيق الدراسة الأساسية على عينة قوامها (35) عون حماية مدنية بدائرة عين وسارة اختيرت بطريقة قصدية ، وتمت معالجة البيانات التي تحصل عليها الطالبين ببرنامج spss26، بالإضافة الى استعمال الطالب عدة أساليب إحصائية،، معامل الارتباط بيرسون

ملخص الدراسة باللغة إنجليزية The current study aimed at revealing the relationship between professional pressure and motivation for achievement and revealing the level of each of them. To achieve the objectives of this study, the student relied on the descriptive approach, because it is the most appropriate for the study. It also relied on a set of tools that were applied to the Algerian environment, represented in the pressure scale. professional, and as a measure of motivation for achievement, and the basic study was applied on a sample of (35) civil protection in the Ain ouassara district that was chosen randomly, and the data obtained by the two students were processed using the spss26 program, in addition to the student using several statistical methods, such as the arithmetic mean and standard deviation, Pearson's correlation coefficient.
