Synthèses et activité antibactérienne de quelques complexes de thiosemicarbazides

Abstract

Des complexes de cuivre thiosemicarbazides à préparé avec des bons rendements selon une réaction de condensation d’un thiosemicarbazide avec, 4-hydroxybenzaldéhyde, 4- chlorobenzaldéhyde, 4-bromobenzaldéhyde dans la première étape, et dans la deuxième étape une réaction de complexation en ajoutant de CuCl2, , Les réactions ont été suivies par CCM mesure des points de fusion et mesure de l’absorbance maximale λmax, tous les composés ont été caractérisés par analyse élémentaire, spectroscopiques infrarouge et a la fin une étude de l’activité antibactérienne pour les complexes synthétisées .
