Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة جائحةكوروناوتأثيرهاعلىالاداءالوظيفيلأجهزةالامنالوطني، وقد استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وقد تم اختيار عينة الدراسة ضمت 60 مبحوثاً واستخدمت الاستبانة لجمع المعلومات من أفراد العينة إذ تم توزيع 60 استبانة على أفراد من فصائل كتيبة التدخل السريع لولاية الجلفة وتوصلنا إلى جملة من النتائج: - أن لجائحة كورونا انعكاسات على الأداء الوظيفي لجهاز الأمن الوطني بسبب الوضع الوبائي. - تأثير كوفيد 19 بشكل سلبي على معنويات أفراد جهاز الأمن الوطني. - أكدت الدراسة أن الإجهاد والتوتر المرتبطين بالعمل يؤثر على الاستقرار الوظيفي. - أكدت الدراسة أن تطبيق الاجراءات المرنة والعمل في ظروف محكمة عزز الرضا الوظيفي. الكلمات المفاتحية: جائحة كورونا – الأداء الوظيفي – جهاز الأمن الوطني – الضغوظات المهنية. Study summary: The study aims to know the performance of workers for their work in light of the Corona pandemic and its repercussions on the job performance of the National Security Service. We used the descriptive analytical approach. The study sample was chosen and included 60 respondents. The questionnaire was used to collect information from the sample members, as 60 questionnaires were distributed to members of the factions of the Intervention Battalion. The study confirmed that work-related stress and tension affect job stability. The study confirmed that applying flexible procedures and working in controlled conditions enhanced job satisfaction.
