Abstract

تظهر الدراسة أن أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي يواجهون ضغوطًا مادية ومعنوية تؤثر سلبًا على أدائهم. ويعدّ الاهتمام بظروف عملهم ضروريًا لتحسين جودة التعليم، تشمل الضغوط مشكلات مثل تدني الأجور واكتظاظ الفصول، ويجب على الجهات المعنية اتخاذ إجراءات لتحسين هذه الظروف. تشدد الدراسة على أهمية توفير دعم مادي ومعنوي للأساتذة وتطوير برامج لدعمهم نفسيًا، بالإضافة إلى تقديم حلول لتخفيف الضغوط وتحسين بيئة العمل.

Abstract

The study shows that primary school teachers face material and moral stresses that negatively affect their performance. Attention to their working conditions is necessary to improve the quality of Education. Pressures include problems such as low wages and overcrowding of classes, and those concerned should take measures to improve these conditions. The study emphasizes the importance of providing material and moral support to teachers and developing programs to support them psychologically, in addition to providing solutions to relieve stress and improve the work environment.
