Abstract:
AbstractMechanical properties play a major role in the performance of mechanical parts and mechanisms in terms of durability, hardness and resistance of the metal, as well as a role of adaptation to the conditions of the environment and the environment in which they operate, and for this reason, engineers and technicians strive to identify and evaluate these properties by performing a wide range of mechanical experiments. From this point of view, our work in this thesis aims to operate and use the WDW100 mechanicalexperimentation machine located in the educational laboratory of the Department of Mechanical Engineering inthe Faculty of Sciences and Techniques, by carrying out a set of 'Demonstrative experiments according to the accessories "compression, tension, three-point bending, shear and peel90°". Our work also aims to prepare a user manual to facilitate the work for those who want to experiment on the machine.
RésuméLes propriétés mécaniques jouent un rôle majeur dans les performances des pièces et mécanismes mécaniquesen termes de durabilité, de dureté et de tenue du métal, ainsi qu'un rôle d'adaptation aux conditions de l'environnement et du milieu dans lequel ils fonctionnent, et pour cette raison, les ingénieurs et les techniciens s'efforcent d'identifier et d'évaluer ces propriétés en effectuant un large éventail d'expériences mécaniques. De ce point de vue, notre travail dans ce mémoire viseà faire fonctionner et exploiter la machine d'expérimentations mécaniques WDW100 située dans le laboratoire pédagogique du Département de Génie Mécanique au niveau de la Faculté des Sciences et Techniques, en réalisant un ensemble d'expérimentations démonstratives selon aux accessoires «compression, tension, flexion trois points, cisaillementet le pelage90°" .Notre travail vise également à préparer un manuel d'utilisation pour faciliter le travail pour ceux qui veulent faire des expériences sur la machine.
