http://dspace.univ-djelfa.dz:8080/xmlui/handle/123456789/6319 2026-11-04T13:21:48Z http://dspace.univ-djelfa.dz:8080/xmlui/handle/112/8667 التربية و التكوين في الجزائر بن سكيم, بسمة الملـــــــخص: تتناول هذه المطبوعة العلمية لمقياس "التربية والتكوين" في الجزائر جملة من المحاورالأساسية وفقا للمقرر الدراسي المعتمد. وقد قسمت مضامين المادة إلى شطرين رئيسيين: يتناول الأول التطور التاريخي لمنظومة التربية والتعليم، بينما يركز الثاني على مسارات الإصلاح التربوي بمختلف مراحلها. الشطر الأول: التطور التاريخي للتربية والتعليم في الجزائرخصص هذا الجزء لدراسة وضعية التربية والتعليم وسماتها خلال الحقب التاريخية المتعاقبة، بدءا من فترة الوجود العثماني مطلع القرن السادس عشر وصولا إلى العصر الراهن. وتم خلاله تحليل الخصائص المميزة للعملية التربوية والتعليمية في كل مرحلة، رصد المؤسسات التربوية القائمة بأدوار التعليم والتعلم عبر هذه الفترات، تشخيص أهم العوائق والتحديات التي واجهتها المنظومة التربوية في كل حقبة زمنية. أما الشطر الثاني انصب اهتمام هذا المحور على تتبع الجهود الإصلاحية في مجال التربية، حيث تم الوقوف عند: الأمرية رقم 16 المؤرخة في 16 أبريل1976 التي مثلت اللبنة الأساسية لبناء المدرسة الجزائرية الوطنية الحرة، المجلسالأعلىللتربية: بوصفه هيئة استشارية عليا تضطلع بمهام دعم وتطوير السياسات التربوية، إصلاحات مطلع الألفيةالثالثة: التي سعت إلى رسم مسار جديد للمدرسة الجزائرية من خلال اعتمادنظام المقاربة بالكفاءات، مع دراسة دور لجنةالإصلاح التربوي من حيث مهامها وهيكلتها التنظيمية، إصلاحات التعليم العالي: عبر استعراض أبرز المحطاتالإصلاحية التي شهدتها الجامعة الجزائرية. واختتمالمقياس بموضوع "التربية والتغير الاجتماعي" حيث تم إبراز الدور المحوري للتربية في قيادة عملية التغير المجتمعي، مع التركيز على تحليل المؤشرات الدالة على هذه العلاقة الجدلية. Abstrat This academic publication for the "Education and Training" module in Algeria addresses a number of fundamental topics according to the approved curriculum. The content is divided into two main parts: the first deals with the historical development of the education system, while the second focuses on the trajectories of educational reform through its various stages. Part One: The Historical Development of Education in Algeria This section is dedicated to studying the state and characteristics of education during successive historical periods, starting from the period of Ottoman presence in the early 16th century up to the present era. It involves: analyzing the distinctive features of the educational process in each stage; monitoring the existing educational institutions and their roles in teaching and learning throughout these periods; and diagnosing the most significant obstacles and challenges that faced the educational system in each era. Part Two: Paths of Educational Reform The focus of this part is on tracing reform efforts in the field of education, examining: Executive Decree No. 16 dated April 16, 1976, which represented the cornerstone for building a free, national Algerian school.The Supreme Council for Education, as a high-level advisory body tasked with supporting and developing educational policies.The Reforms of the Early Third Millennium, which sought to chart a new path for the Algerian school through the adoption of the competency-based approach, including a study of the role of the Educational Reform Commission in terms of its mandate and organizational structure.Higher Education Reforms, by reviewing the most prominent reform milestones witnessed by the Algerian university. The responsible use of artificial intelligence in criminological research requires a dual form of training that combines technical competence with sociological and ethical awareness. The booklet is structured around fourteen lectures covering the conceptual and historical foundations of artificial intelligence; the fundamental concepts of programming, including variables, conditional statements, loops, and functions; the significance of artificial intelligence in the humanities and social sciences; natural language processing; machine learning; deep learning; prompt engineering; and digital humanities. It then examines the social dimensions of artificial intelligence and the methodological challenges associated with its use in social research, as well as its adverse implications, including algorithmic bias, mass surveillance, and emerging forms of crime. The booklet concludes with an open discussion of the future of artificial intelligence. It adopts a descriptive, analytical, and critical approach based on a review of multilingual academic literature. It emphasizes that contemporary researchers in the field of deviance studies need a critical understanding of the limitations and risks of technology, and that the governance of artificial intelligence in criminal justice requires cooperation among researchers and relevant institutions. Résumé Ce polycopié pédagogique présente le programme du cours « Programmation et intelligence artificielle 1 », destiné aux étudiants de master en sociologie de la déviance et du crime, dans le cadre d’une unité d’enseignement transversale. L’utilisation responsable de l’intelligence artificielle dans la recherche criminologique nécessite une double formation associant des compétences techniques à une conscience sociologique et éthique. Le polycopié est structuré en quatorze cours couvrant les fondements conceptuels et historiques de l’intelligence artificielle, les notions fondamentales de la programmation — notamment les variables, les instructions conditionnelles, les boucles et les fonctions —, l’importance de l’intelligence artificielle dans les sciences humaines et sociales, le traitement automatique du langage naturel, l’apprentissage automatique, l’apprentissage profond, l’ingénierie des prompts et les humanités numériques. Il examine ensuite les dimensions sociales de l’intelligence artificielle, les difficultés méthodologiques liées à son utilisation dans la recherche sociale, ainsi que ses effets négatifs, notamment les biais algorithmiques, la surveillance de masse et les nouvelles formes de criminalité.
