الملخص
يندرج موضوع الأطروحة ضمن سلسلة العلماء الذين كان لهم الفضل في نشر العلم وإثراء المكتبات بمؤلفاتهم النفيسة، ومن بينهم إبن مرزوق الخطيب(ت 781هـ) الذي خرج من أسرة علم ومكانة رفيعة لدى السلاطين منذ أن قدموا من القيروان واستقروا في حاضرة تلمسان التي كانت تعتبر مقصد العلماء من كل أقطار البلدان، فيعدُ ابن مرزوق الخطيب من الشخصيات التي أثرت في الحياة الاجتماعية من خلال تدريسه للعلوم في المشرق والمغرب، وفي الحياة الثقافية بإنتاجاته العلمية القيّمة في مختلف العلوم ( الفقه، الحديث، الأدب...) فاتسمت شخصيته بالترحال وطلب العلم، كما تبوأ مناصب سياسية طيلة مختلف أطوار حياته في الدولتين المرينيةوالحفصية.

The subject of this thesis is part of a series of scholars who have been instrumental in spreading science and enriching libraries with their precious works, including Ibn Marzouq Al-Khatib (d. 781 AH), who came from a family of scholarship and a high position with the sultans since they came from Kairouan and settled in the metropolis of Tlemcen, which was considered a destination for scholars from all over the world Ibn Marzuq al-Khatib is considered one of the figures who influenced social life through his teaching of science in the East and Morocco, and in cultural life with his valuable scientific produc
tions in various sciences (jurisprudence, Hadith, literature...). His personality was characterised by travelling and seeking knowledge, and he held political positions throughoutthe various stages of his life in the Marinid and Hafsid states.
