استطاعت القاعدة الشرقية أن تكون بمثابة المركز الحيوي من حيث العتاد و التنظيم العسكري على طول الحدود الشرقية و مثلت في الوقت ذاته منفذ لتموينها لمعبر لحركة مجاهديها في إتجاهين حيث لعبت دورا هاما و بارزا لإيصال السلاح للولايات الداخلية وجلبه من الخارج و أمام هذه المهمة الموكلة إليها أولت القاعدة الشرقية لتنظيم السياسي و العسكري أهمية كبيرة الذي ساهم في إنجاح التنظيم الثوري فيها و بالتالي استطاعت احتضان الثورة بفضل جهود مناضليها.

La base orientale pouvait servir de centre vital en termes d'équipement et d'organisation militaire le long de la frontière orientale, et représentait en même temps un port pour son ravitaillement et un point de passage pour le mouvement de ses moudjahidines dans les deux directions. un rôle important et proéminent dans la livraison d'armes aux États intérieurs et dans leur transport de l'étranger, et devant cette tâche qui lui a été confiée, la base orientale de l'organisation politique et militaire est d'une grande importance, ce qui a contribué au succès de l'organisation révolutionnaire là-bas, et elle a ainsi pu embrasser la révolution grâce aux efforts de ses militants.
